Kristi Heffelfinger

I was very pleased to have Kristi work on my hair. Now I have very tightly curled hair. I can never do anything with it. So, we decided to get a relaxing perm, where we would just open the curls a bit more, instead of straighten my hair completely.
My appointment was 5 pm. Kristi decided to do a test run and thank God she thought of it, cause we decided to go with a bigger curl than the one we initially agreed on. My husband passed by to pick up the kids.
He usually goes to China town in SF for his haircut, yeah crazy man! He got his first real good looking haircut! He is very sensitive about his hair thinning and Kristi cut it in such a way that he had more hair than usual without it looking uncut. He feels less like a bolding man LOL
My daughter saw the bling strands (synthetic colorful hairs you attach to your hair and it looks cool) and wanted some, so she also got Kristi to put the hairs in her hair.
OK, so the husband and children finally leave and it is past 7 pm now … I feel horrible, cause we are keeping Kristi from her family and my hair has not been touched yet. We end up staying there until close to 11pm. She does not charge me more and my hair looks real nice!
She is professional, friendly and charges good prices. I will see her again :)
