Looks like they have a decent selection, however it appeared they had 1 person working the register today (Saturday) and no one else. We walked around looking for assistance but found none.
They probably didn’t have the right shirt size for my son anyways, but I was unwilling to open up a package remove the needles, packaging just to check the size.
So maybe they need more folks on the floor?

This store has crappy selection and terrible service. Not worth stepping anywhere near this place. Also, overpriced for any of the decent suits and cannot compete against the other stores nearby who offer quality suits for almost the same price as this pit..
Very unorganized and sales flyers are confusing and misleading.
The workers ignore customers in the store. Really awful service and I imagine this store will not last long unless changes are made. Twin store of Men’s Warehouse with same lousy service and selection.

I’ve been a long-​time Jos Banks customer, mostly on-​line. Last week, I damaged the pants on a J.A.B. seersucker suit, and went in search of a replacement suit, only to find that JAB had discontinued it, and sold the remaining stock at clearance, and that no other similar suit was on sale ANYWHERE in the US (DARK navy seersucker). At the suggestion of my local (Los Angeles area) JAB store, I called their Livermore outlet, where TAMARA informed me that there was ONE such suit in my size in the JAB inventory in the entire US, which she COULD GET FOR ME. That’s customer service beyond the call of duty!

I love Jos A Bank and to find an outlet made me even more excited to actually shop for clothes. I came in on a holiday weekend to find a sports coat and maybe a few sweaters. The customer service I received was outstanding and I ended up finding a summer sports coat that was on clearance for half off. The service and quality of the clothes make my shopping experience with this company all the more enjoyable.

A quiet store with great customer service and low prices — totally worth the drive.
I was greeted by an older Chinese man who used to be a computer programmer, but retired and needed something to pass the time. So he became a sales rep at Jos A Bank. He took some measurements and then brought out an endless parade of jacket after jacket.
Nobody else in the store was as excited about fancy clothes. And not pushy at all — a lot of the advice he gave was framed as «in general, these are the things to think about when buying a suit» — couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
Last, the prices. You can expect to pay ~$ 150 – 250 for a jacket and pants. (A quick primer on how «factory outlet» stores work: when a clothing company is retiring a line of clothes, the ones they can’t sell are shipped to outlet stores. So although they don’t have every style in every size & color, you get some pretty great discounts.)

I worked with Tamara at the Jo’s A Bank in Livermore. I have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever received. I was at a toss up between purchasing a great suit or renting a tux for my wedding. Without pressuring me she and the staff fit me and explained all the options. I really wanted to go for the tux, so we went through all the different combinations. Keep in mind this was last minute about 10 days from my event. The following week I had a change of heart on the color of the tux. I called Tamera expecting the impossible. I still didn’t know exactly what I wanted and I was out of town. She spent the next hour laying out different suits, vests and ties and texting me pictures of different colors and combinations. She also provided professional recommendations putting me at ease with the selections. Then she discussed details on a conference call with my wife and I! I found the perfect tux with all the assistance and just wanted to say thank you for really going the extra mile.

I was helped by Tamara and the service was excellent. Worth the drive from Fremont to Livermore. She was very patient and helped me find the right fit and style for my needs.
The only downside to this location, being an outlet, is they do not offer custom tailoring on site. The pants/​suit jacket would be a 2 week turn around. I opted for a suit/​separate option and Tamara helped pick the right color pants to match the jacket and even had a pair of pants shipped (free of charge) to my home since they weren’t available in store.
So keep in mind this site will have limited options and no custom tailoring.

My previous suits purchased from Mens Warehouse ran me about 1,000 $ for two suits compared to Jos. A Bank at 492 $ for two suits.

This store has by far the BEST customer service we have experienced when trying to find suits for my husband. We visited the store 2 weeks ago and walked away with a beautiful executive suit for more than 50% marked down from the original price along with 4 ties. We returned yesterday and came home with 2 suits, 3 button up shirts and 2 ties.
We know nothing about picking out suits and finding the correct fit. The manager along with other employee’s know how to size you for what works best for your body and then are able to find the right colors and styles that best fit your personality.
We are now loyal lifetime customers and will continue driving from San Jose for their services.
We recomend anyone to come here!!!

I visited the store with my fiancée and her parents to look at a possible tux rental or purchase.
We worked with Margaret who was extremely helpful and super patient. She helped me look at a tux, got me to the correct size and figure out whether a bowtie or regular tie would work best for me. She also helped my fiancée’s Dad figure out the proper suit size for his frame, which was a slight challenge as he doesn’t speak English.
We did not end up buying or renting at the time but are seriously considering purchasing the tux Margaret showed us.
Highly recommended.

Amazing service here! I came here to shop for a pair of dress pants for my brother, it was on short notice and and my brother was unable to come with me to be fitted, however the lady who helped me (Margaret) was extremely helpful and also really funny to, I don’t really ship at places like this but because of her they definitely will continue having my business :) thank you Margaret

I went into this location looking to get a suit for work. I was recommended to this brand by a few of my colleagues and figured I would check it out. With the way my body is, it is very difficult to find clothes that fit well; especially formalwear.
I have been searching and searching for a suit that would fit well and have not been able to find any until I came in here and Nick helped me out. Nick was not only super patient but was very helpful throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable about the «rules» of formal wear/​suits and he also makes great recommendations.
During the whole process, he made me feel at ease and with all of the suits I tried, I picked out two that I really liked.
I would recommend anyone that is looking for a suit or even just formal wear to come here and talk to Nick. He is very helpful, patient, and most importantly, very personable. I will always make suit purchases from here going forward thanks to the experience I had.
