I take my kids here as a treat about once a month. The staff is always so sweet and friendly. It’s never too busy in here, we are always seated immediately, never had to wait for a table. The staff is very on top of everything, orders, refills, making sure you have everything you need. No complaints here! We love this place!

Lived in Livermore for almost 10 years and never ate here, because of the very mediocre Cupertino IHOP. Both my wife and I liked our meals. She had a scramble with potatoes and reported «lots of eggs! «I had the special, with french toast made out of banana bread, 3 bacon, 2 eggs, 3 sausages, hash browns. About 10 bucks each. Mine was hot, tasty, and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Marta the waitress was nice. and efficient. The missing star is just the price. I can’t get used to paying 10 bucks for breakfast!
That said, we’ll come back.

If i could rate a 0 start i would waiter was ok cook was horriable went there around 9.00 tonight over heard the cook getting mad at the waitress because i couldnt switch out my pancakes for a muffin so i got both instead then after finished my meal asked if i can get a muffin to go all the sudden they ran out of muffins i was told that and that was a lie i can tell anyways place sucked never coming again… and for the cook dont like your job dont work there simple as that …

Food was awesome! Our server Rey was amaing! Some of the best service I have had in a long time. I’m not usually a Ihop person, but I may become one!

American diner chain that specializes in breakfast foods such as pancakes, crepes, waffles, and eggs. They are located on the corner of First St & Las Positas Rd in a DEAD mall with Chipotle (the only place anyone ever drives in here for), Pet Extreme, and Jo-Ann’s.
My husband & I came here for a weekday dinner, and they were completely empty.
Reasonable prices with mediocre food & service.
Nothing memorable or worth noting.

The Chocolate Chip pancakes are a hit every time! Throw in some egg beaters and turkey bacon and it’s complete!
Fast and friendly service as well as all you can drink coffee…#OHYEAH

The waitress was really nice and efficient. The food was good and just right for low carb. Just remember to ask for no batter in your eggs because IHOP puts pancake batter in the eggs. She mentioned a substitute, but didn’t know what it was. Unlimited coffee ftw!

I have frequented this location a few times either before or after a bike ride. I have always received great customer service. I usually go on Sundays so it is quite busy with peeps from after Church or soccer games ect… Once seated we are greeted quickly and promptly and our order was turned around and delivered very quickly as well.
I am only there for breakfast so I enjoy the food. Haven’t tried anything else yet so more to come. But overall a great place to eat and great customer service.
I would come back!

Worst food I have had at an IHOP. The pancakes were ok. But toast was burnt. Omelette was runny and tasted funny. We’ll go elsewhere next time.

Unfortunately I am not an IHOP girl.
I’ve tried eating here whenever my friends suggest this as a place to grab some breakfast-​like food to grub on before or after we go somewhere. However, everything I try to eat here ends up making me feel like I need to hit the treadmill right after; so sugary and full of fats :-(
I know they have the «healthy choice» options on the menu, but they are few and far between. Every time I come here, I always order fruit and a piece of whole wheat toast, hard to screw up. Though they do up-​charge for fruit, which I found kind of annoying.

Food is good… service very poor and management are clowns. Went in for Saturday breakfast not busy never was given napkins drinks never refilled and when asked to speak to manager. .he was our server. horrible service

IHOP by far is one of the best places to go for breakfast if you want a good and tasty yet inexpensive breakfast. Their service is really good and staff are really friendly. Another thing that I like about this place is that they’re open 24 hours a day on Friday and Saturday for those are might cravings. Place is clean and I recommend going there and enjoy their specials.

This location is open 24-​hours on Friday and Saturday nights. We arrived around 12:45am Saturday morning. There were a few other customers in the restaurant but we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. Menu’s were presented and our server was at our table within a minute or so.
She introduced herself, asked if we wanted to order beverages and said she would be back to take our orders. Perhaps our mistake was ordering water rather than something that we could be charged for, in theory, driving up the tip value. While we were not in any particular hurry, it was annoying to sit for at least five minutes waiting for her return while she was talking to a co-​worker in the back of the dining room. Meanwhile, I had a cough that would have been soothed by the ice water.
Our orders were taken, she asked if we wanted ketchup and/​or tabasco. During our meal, she came by and dropped off two more glasses of ice water and asked if everything was okay. On a subsequent visit, she told us to take our time but here was the check. Our server did attempt to be friendly but it felt too much like she was going through the motions. This wasn’t the worse service ever but it certainly could have easily been improved.
The food. I got a BLT on wheat with a side of Onion Rings. The rings were awful. One particular ring was larger and thicker than the rest and obviously didn’t get enough fry time. When I bit into it, it was lukewarm at best and dripped what I hoped was water. The rest of the batch was adequately, obviously from frozen and had little to no flavor.
My BLT was okay but nothing special. Three slices of wheat toast serving as the vessel for the requisite ingredients, cut in half, diagonally. A little dry, a little salty. It served its purpose as a late night, after work meal but certainly not one I would order again.
My companion had some kind of tri-​tip steak and eggs with hash browns and two pancakes. He said that his meal was passable but we won’t be returning.

Love it here … We come quite frequently. Luv the menu and the servers are also friendly… Had a good time.

I haven’t been to IHOP in a while, but my parents frequent this place quite often. We joined them last night and had a quick, simple, cheap meal. We were seated right away, which was nice considering it was Friday. Our waitress was Janet, who was great and on top of everything. She also let us know that she was going on break and that someone else would be taking care of us temporarily.
I ordered the Belgian waffle with (fake) strawberries on top. Tasted fine. I’m not a fancy person when it comes to breakfast, so the waffle was perfect in size and taste.
It’s conveniently located nearby our home, so we will be back eventually. Especially since our daughter likes to eat here too. :)

My girlfriend and I like to go in on weekends for a late night breakfast for dinner. We have had Alix as our server many times and she has been great! Service with a smile that is quick and pleasing!

This is your standard IHOP and 24 hour diner. It was good food and satisfied my craving.
I was in the mood for breakfast foods at 8pm on a Friday night and Country Waffles was closed. I got the Country fried steak dinner meal; Fried steak w/​gravy, mashed potatoes & broccoli. They weren’t busy, so service was quick and food came out quick.

Went for breakfast with my wife on a Sunday. I saw the reviews on Unilocal so I was a bit hesitant, but decided to go as I usually have a good experience at IHOPs. Food was very good, place was clean and service was fast and efficient.
Had a great waitress in Stacy. Order taken quickly and food delivered in a reasonable time as well. Stacy always had a smile. She seemed really interested in making sure everything was OK. The were a lot service staff as perhaps they are trying to overcome some of the past poor reviews. From my perspective all is well.
As a note, have you ever asked to speak to a restaurant manager about really good service? Try it some time. It only takes a few minutes and the smiles and truly appreciative expressions are worth it. Most times, the managers are really shocked as I assume they tend to hear only complaints. Speaking of which, I did talk to the manager on this occasion and he was pumped. As we were leaving, Stacy came by and gave my wife a hug and said thanks!
Also, while I was waiting in line to pay the bill, I noticed Corena also smiling and saying thank you to everyone and she was having a great time.
