I got my Finis Neptune MP3 player 2 years ago as a gift (what can I say, I have terrific kids!!). Music is easy to load on. Charging is easy (any USB port will do). And I don’t have to plug my ears with earbuds to listen when I swim — it uses bone conduction to transmit the sound (it actually sounds better underwater than it does when your head is above water). But the best part of this is the customer service. I lost my charging cable. Called customer service. They put one in the mail to me same day at no charge! I love it when a company stands behind their products. Quality of the product 5 stars. Customer service — 5++ stars.

I bought a pair of floating fins from Finis on Monday morning. After throwing out the bag, my son carried them back and forth to the pool for several days only to discover after swimming a lap with them on Thursday that the fins did not fit (he has a wide foot). After calling Finis to explain what happened, my son and I stopped by the warehouse to exchange the fins for a larger size. The staff could not have been more understanding. We will be back!
