Great experience and customer service. I called on Monday to get some base rock delivered. They arranged to deliver between 9 and 11 that morning. The man on the phone was very pleasant. The truck arrived at 10:45. Not only did he put the rock exactly where I needed it, he also smoothed it out for me. In about five minutes. He was super courteous and friendly and saved me a bunch of time having to do it myself. Can’t say enough nice things about them.

I had a delivery appointment for tomorrow between 8&10AM. I just got home from work today to find my order dumped in the street. No phone call to ask if I could take the delivery early. Now I have to pay someone to get it out of the street. Very unprofessional.

i ordered 2 yards of 2×4 landscape rock at 135 dollars a yard plus tax plus 35 dollar delivery fee. upon arrival the delivery driver ask me to move nearby cars because the rock was very dusty. indeed when dumped a huge cloud of dust erupted. after shoveling several loads into my wheelbarrow i discovered the center of the pile was filled with dirt. took pictures of the pile to cochrans and was told thats just the way it comes. i explained i did not pay 135 a yarr for dirt. i offered to haul the mixture back in my own truck and replace it with clean rock but was told no. in my opinion i was cheated and will never do business there again.

Last year when went there they were actually helpful nut last time I went they didn’t even help like before. I needed some crushed granites and asked the guy to show me what they have and the guy told me go to the yard and they are on your left. Well we did and their signs are unreadable and they had two rows so didn’t know which left. Had to walk for 20 minutes then go back inside to see if we got the right thing(which we did) Throughout the whole time we were the guy was just sitting all the way in the back. Not even caring about customer service. His son, however, was more courteous than him. Anyway at the end we went to another store in Dublin and but what we needed for half their price.

The first couple trips were great, the young guy with the earrings was very nice and helpful. when I asked a question about how much bark should fit in the back of my truck, the owner piped in and was completely out of line. The horn he has attached to his chair, is was I am assuming is a «Whiner Horn». so rather than listening to me and explaining how much bark fits, like the other guy was trying to do before being interrupted, he honked his horn and laughed like at if it say I know nothing, as he rudely corrected me on the amount. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Next time ill send my husband in. I’m sure he wouldn’t be rude to a man. I’ll be taking my business and my friends else where from now on.

A great place to deal with. Called on a Saturday morning to schedule a soil delivery and they were willing to come within 30 min but we had to leave and had them come right before they closed.

We went on a Saturday and were looking for cultured stone. The displays were not great, and they didn’t have a catalog for us to take with us, but the men were friendly and helpful. The price for El Dorado Ledge Stone seems reasonable. They also have some beautiful natural stone, which we will be purchasing for the hearth. We returned on Monday to purchase and received a call that our stone was in by Wednesday. Good service! When I picked up the stone, I waited less than five minutes for someone to place it in my truck. Alex then followed up and got me the name of some recommended installers(floor to ceiling fireplace), one of which I’ll be using. Overall, good experience.
