Food is amazing. Fun family place. Works for people of all ages for a fun game and good meal. Can be busy, so service can be a tiny bit slow but it is worth it.

Still a favorite spot for dinner or a drink with a friend. Service is usually consistently good and food is ok. Love the chicken pesto artichoke pizza and the salmon carpaccio Local wines and their house wines are pretty good too But the Sunday Brunch is the BEST! $ 30 per person includes mimosas or a list of alcoholic beverages — omelette station, smoked salmon, salads, prawns and dessert table

Great for a night of Italian Bowling. Great for a group. Drinks are good, deserts are good, and we really liked the spumoni ice cream. We had dinner here, but future visits will be primarily for the bocce and drinks.

Absolutely love this place! Came here to celebrate our friends birthday, and what a great time! The food was excellent. Love the pastas, veggies, calamari, and even the bread! Our hostess Ana was Awesome! After dinner, she took our group of about 30 and explained the rules of bocce ball to us. My first time playing, and I feel like im hooked! Haha! I’m a contact sport kinda guy, but bocce ball is so fun! I think it’ll be my new hobby! If you come here, I guarantee you’ll have a blast! Kid friendly and your folks will love trying out bocce ball too! I’m only giving you 4 stars today because I didnt get to taste any wine or check out the bar. I’ll be coming back soon so be ready for me and my crew!

I have been here several times and just recently brought my team here for a team build. I can honestly say I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience here. From making the reservations to the entire bocce plus dinner it was 5 star all the way. Right upon entry the hostess greeted our party and our and had our server escort us over to our bocce court. Our server was amazing and ensured everyone/everything was taken care of. After about 1.5 of bocce which BTW if you haven’t tried is a total blast and is something you must try. Great to do as a family and as a team build. Then we were on to dinner. I decided not to do the traditional fixed menu and let the team just order what they wanted. Super happy we did this and everyone else was as well. We started with some calamari, bruschetta and fresh cheeses and Italian meats. All of these were all delicious! Now onto dinner I personally had the salmon and what put it over the top for me was I asked for medium rare and that is exactly the way it came out. Perfectly cooked and melted in your mouth. Overall great experience and look forward to getting back.

Booked a party with a 16-person group from my company last night and, as usual, everyone had a great time. The food was outstanding, the service was perfect and the atmosphere is great. When you book an event with the events group, they have packages for food and bocce and they’re perfectly acceptable but I really like that if you have someone in your party with particular needs, they’ll work with you to make it right. Today back at the office, it was suggested at least 10 times that we send someone over for Nutty Irishmen(a delicious coffee and liqueur drink). I’d say the night was a success.

Wife divided to book here for Mother’s Day 2016. Upon arriving we were told that we should have booked a court to play when we booked a table to eat at. Luckily they still had a court available if we wanted. We spoke to a manager(he just happened to be standing nearby) about why this information was not given to us when we booked the table and his response was that they were probably fully booked, and it was not something they normally do. That should have tipped us off as to the organization and leadership skills that this location staffed. One of the first rules of sales is courtesy to the customer and offering accessories when a customer makes a purchase because it helps to increase sales. They failed in both regards with the managers curt and dismissive attitude and the lack of request for court time. We sat at our table and all 8 of our party decided what to eat over the next 8−12min and then waited patiently for only 5 or so min while conversing. When the waiter arrived to take our order, we were then informed that the menu that we had ALL chosen from was not any good because it was Mother’s Day and the Menu did not cover holidays. My thought: THENWHYTHEHELLDIDYOUGIVEUSTHISMENU… They delivered our drinks and we all found something off the second menu to order. I had lost my appetite at this point having to deal with the staff here so I refrained from ordering and decided I would wait to post to Unilocal till the next day as I was rather angry with the lack of professionalism the staff had. If I would have posted then, I would have only given one star. From start to finish, the meal took over 2hrs as the appetizers and food was slow to arrive(they were not even that busy, with at least 5 – 6 large tables empty). The Cesar salad looked good but the others at my table complained the food was just okay and not worth the price. The only saving grace was the waiter we had was not bad at making sure our glasses were never empty for more than 5min. When it came to getting a desert menu and the check though, they failed again. We eventually had to ask for the check from another waiter who said they would let our waiter know… and it was still 12min before we finally got it! Would definitely not come back to this location. The staff here needs to learn some professionalism and have more respect for their customers. I know it is a holiday and they may not want to be there, but it is their job to ensure that their customers have a good experience and they failed miserably at it. As for the court time, the meal took so long that we would have been late for it anyway so we told them halfway through the meal that we did not want it anymore. Did we complain to them about anything other than the lack of request for court time? No, based off the managers attitude when we talked with him the first time, it would have done nothing more than made us further upset when we were trying to enjoy a nice time out with mom. –1 star for managers lack of professionalism –1 star for staffs lack of ability to know what menus to place and the hassle of having to have a party of 8 find new menu options –1 star for super slow service and having to ask and wait for the check on what seemed like a rather slow day for them.

We had a fabulous brunch here today courtesy of friends A & T who were holding«Red Egg and Ginger Party» for their 4 month old son. Our friends must have invited 150 – 200 friends and family members to this indoor bocce ball venue which also had plenty of indoor and outdoor tables with tablecloths. First of all let me say the staff was phenomenal – really on top of things. The buffet platters and hot trays were constantly refilled as was the salad, fruit, and dessert platters. It was a feast fit for royalty. We felt like we were in Heaven or at least at some celebrity banquet. Salads, fruits, pastry rolls, home friend potatoes, shrimp, bacon, waffles, omelet station, and more. A dessert table with lemon tarts, tiramisu, petit fours, chocolate cake and other choices. There was a choice of several cocktails but we didn’t partake. Orange juice, ice tea, hot tea, coffee and other drinks were available as well. It was a perfect venue for the many family and friends of all ages. Lots of kids who were having way too much fun at the buffet table and bocce lanes. We had a chance to catch up with our friends and to welcome their newest son They have brunch on weekends… I think it is kind of pricey; so maybe not the place you would go to for a casual breakfast. Food was good and the stage was excellent.

We’ve been here twice now for team builds and I really like the place and you probably will too. Set in the heart of wine country, this place is beautiful and fun. Bocce may seem like a sport for the little old people but everyone had a great time. Who would have thought rolling little balls down a court could get so damned competitive. The food is great as well. I ordered a chicken dish that was prepared great and all patrons at our table reported excellent food as well. Pricing isn’t too far out of the league and you’ll pay ~$ 20 a plate for some excellent dishes. Happy hour is where it’s at in this place. Good tap beers on special for under $ 4 a glass. When you are a bet loser and owe a lot of cocktails(me), this works out in your favor. Bar service tends to be better than table service when it comes to drinks so I recommend hitting the bar for refills.

I’ll have to come back knowing that we have to book weeks in advanced to play Bocce Ball. Service, Excellent. Food, excellent. We had calamari for appetizers, which i recommend if you like calamari. Gourmet Pizza, Artichoke Chicken, Supreme Veggie, Puttanesca, and Meat and Veggie Pizzas were all amazing. They were all on thin, light crust and was not overloaded on sauce. My favorite was the artichoke chicken with pesto sauce. Tiramisu for desert was light, fluffy and oh so yummy. I’d like to come back and try brunch.

It is a fun place for a big group. I think a company outing or a birthday party would work really well here, they let you basically drink on the bocce ball court which is all located in the same building. The food is usual Italian fair, portion is on the bigger side. Service is very good, and they have good selection of beer on tap.

Move over bowling, pool and archery as games I like to play while imbibing, there is a new sheriff in town. Bocce Ball!!! What a grand game and if you haven’t given it a try then I highly recommend this place. What a blast! We were on our court for an hour and a half and I could’ve played all night. Not only did we have a blast on the Bocce court but we also had a nice champagne brunch. They were generous with the pours and rarely did my champagne get close to the bottom before a server was filling it up again. The food was decent and the highlight were the Eggs Benedict and the Tiramisu. It is a buffet so I am sure future visits would yield different food results. That being said the star is the Bocce Ball and we had a grand time.

This review is mostly for the food. Bocce looked fun, but apparently per the host, you have to reserve the courts 6 weeks in advance. Everything except the calamari seemed to miss the mark which was surprising because the entrees were not cheap — Calamari was perfect. — Garlic bread was more like cheesy bread, but the cheese was kind of tough — Tri tip sandwich had super dry meat and the bread was smushed because it had been pressed but not toasty at all — Winter squash risotto was bland — Mac and cheese was oddly soupy Upside: there were large tvs and a bar area so this place may be a good place to watch sports games.

Campo di Bocce has food an entertaining all wrapped up. The dining menu is extensive, where you can find anything from pizza, salad, pasta or steak. My favorite is the Caesar salad with salmon. It is a generous portion with fresh greens, tangy dressing and shaved Parmesan. It is a solid dinner salad. Definitely try the fried ravioli as an appetizer or one of the many pizzas. The bocce courts are a fun activity with friends before or after dining. It is a nice alternative to a movie or something similar. Inside courts are best when it is cold out. Service has always been friendly and welcoming. Give it a try, you will have a great time.

Attended a holiday party here by my East Bay client. The whole place was reserved that day for the party. Good place for a company party with food and activities in couple of Bocce ball courts. It was a buffet arranged for the party. I really liked the appetizers, the pasta dishes were alright. The smoked turkey was stinky and inedible. At the end it was the fun that mattered, not the food. Won’t be my pick for a meal on a regular day. #onetimer

It’s official, I love this place! The food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere roll together perfectly, making this an all around awesome spot!!! I’ve now been here for two different work parties and haven’t been disappointed. Each party is assigned a server who has a constant update on what’s happening next, what food is coming out, and who needs their next drink! All staff is incredibly friendly, very attentive, and a perfect fit for this set-up. Plenty of courts for group gatherings and a full bar for extra fun! Gets suuuper crowded later in the day so be careful if you’re a little claustrophobic. Appetizers — calamari, vegetable platters, cheesy bread, fried ravioli, etc. Entrees — chicken piccata, sausage farfalle, spaghetti pomodoro, etc. Desserts — the best cheesecake I’ve ever had, cannoli, a chocolate cake type thing, etc. All the food was great, came out the perfect temperature, and in huge portions! We were able to take a bunch home! And of course, I can’t forget to mention that the game of bocce ball is very fun, especially when you’re super competitive! Anyone of any nature will have tons of fun here — whether you drink or not — check it out!!!

A really nice family place for dinner and wine. My coworkers and I went here on a Monday. It was about 12.50 per person for 1.5 hours play. It was my first time playing and it was fairly easy to figure out. I like how it’s a relaxed game where you can eat and drink while you play and everyone is involved And you don’t have to over exert yourself. The calamari was delicious. We also ordered the artichoke dip and boar pizza. My glass of moscato came out to $ 6 not bad as well. They also have a full bar with the Warriors game on. I like the ambiance and nice open family atmosphere.

I went to this particular location of Campo Di Bocce last month as I was invited by a former high school classmate to attend her 20th year reunion. I too agree exactly with what Elena wrote in her review. I too like this place. It is a very fun place with both a mixture of a restaurant and an recreation center. Yes, recreation center as there are several bocce ball courts both inside and outside. Excellent food. Loved everything that I ate at this place last month. The various pizza that the people in charge of the reunion had ordered and which the waiters brought to the tables. Also, the calamari was excellent. I would highly recommend this place as it is a wonderful place if you are looking for both a place to eat and play something very fun.

How fun! We came here for a work event on last week and had a blast. They were able to get our group of 11 in on a Thursday at 5pm without a reservation. Score. We had a great server who got our drinks started immediately. Remember: no drinks on the court! My vodka soda was made well. For appetizers we had the bruschetta and cheese platter. The cheese plate was cool but the bruschetta was kinda gross. It tasted like they put goat cheese on it. Not into it. We had the court for 1.5 hours and we were able to get a few games in. They provide a free instructor to come teach and explain the rules. He did not hover to much at all but checked in to help which we appreciated. After we wrapped up playing we sat down for dinner. We started with some calamari– very good! Wine choice for me was Cakebread Chardonnay($ 22 per glass! Eek. Luckily my company had this tab). They also give TONS of table bread which i really appreciate! Servers were super attentive and helpful. For dinner i had the cioppino! Absolutely fresh and yummy! Full of seafood! Kinda lacking sauce, though. I also tried the pesto shrimp pasta, pretty good! My coworker had the veggie calzone and was not a fan. Overall, we had so much fun. This place is great for a date, work event, or i have known people who did wedding events here! Very family friendly too– i saw kids and elderly here. I hope to plan a family event here soon! Thanks Camp Di Bocce!!!

Large venue with plenty of courts inside and out. The food is decent, although not spectacular, and is of secondary importance to actually playing bocce and bonding with your group. On that note, I get the sense that this is not as much a place for an impromptu game with your family or a small group as it is a place to gather for larger groups who reserve far ahead of time, particularly corporate ones like team-building or sales exercises. If indeed you’re here for the latter purpose, you’ve found a great spot.
