Out of a promotion deal ?
Seriously keep driving to a better restaurant, all the previous reviews are right. Don’t be like me and think they might have changed — they didn’t. It’s a franchise and it’s obvious that the owner only wants profit and not cater to the customer.

If you go through they’re drive through it’s guaranteed the order will be screwed up. Its happened every time I’ve gone there. Last time I went, I got home and the fries were old/​cold and soggy and they charged and sold me three sandwiches. (I ordered only two) If they have a manager there on duty they are likely asleep. Do yourself a favor and drive over to in and out burger if you want hot/​fresh food.

Place is very run down and outdated. If corporate saw the cracks in the floor, cracks in most of the table edges, ceiling, décor, they would come down on the place hard! Never really had a problem with the food, it’s always with either the slow drive through service or lack of employee friendliness.

How can you participate in a limited offer and not think people will take advantage of it? You run out of nuggets and popular sauce? Does that make sense? I know you’re a fast good joint but I would assume you would want to make money. Not to mention this place is run down and everything looks run down. For a BK in livermore I kind of expected more. Sucks I hopped off the freeway for this. #byefelicia. LOL.

Godddd! The food tastes horrible, they aint fresh. I got a chicken sandwhich which tastes so dry & also chicken nuggets, which tastes weird!!. Well i guess u get wat u paid for!
There wont be a next time, im going for Mcdonalds instead! Sorry BK.

Smelly, dirty restaurant. You wonder if they ever get inspected. I only ordered a coffee (bad tasting) and Cinnabon just in case…
On the plus side, they have a play structure for little kids.
