Kurtz and Sons Dairy

Best milk ever. Once you’ve had Bubba’s milk and yogurt, it will spoil you forever for other dairy products. I love starting my day with it, and have a yogurt pick-​me-​up in the middle of the afternoon.

Got milk? Not uh. Not until you’ve had the raw milk coming from Kurtz and Sons Dairy in North Florida. Forget about it, nothing compares, I tell ya. I had the pleasure of sipping on this delicacy (by the way Florida law doesn’t permit raw milk to be sold for human consumption, only for the feeding of animals — law schmaw…) on a warm summer morning at the Haile Plantation Farmer’s Market in Gainesville. Mr. Kurtz sells raw milk and pasteurized milk from his dairy as well as grass-​fed beef.
I wish I still lived in this beautiful state just so I would be able to purchase from the dairy on a regular basis.
