Grady’s Automotive

The technician is amazing and will go above and beyond to help anybody! The rest of the establishment however is very greedy and disrespectful.

Just had a car problem while traveling from Orlando to Texas. We pulled off the road and happened to find Grady’s automotive. The guys in the parts store in front were very accommodating and personable and even called the mechanic to see if he could come in early to help us. Tony the mechanic came in and helped figure out what the problem was. Turned out to be a chunk of tire that had shredded off but we couldn’t see it until he took the tire off.
Once we knew it was a tire instead of a front end problem he put the spare on and gave us back road direction to the next town that had the company we bought the ties from to have it replaced.
They helped us to get things on track and charged a very nominal fee for about an hours time (after road test and on the lift ect).
