Ez Tile and Marble

From my observation… Valentine must not have had too much experience in granite installation. For some reason, he chose to do the cut out for the cook top on site, which resulted in him letting the large granite cutout fall through and gouge my beautiful, brand new, cabinets. Then his worker vacuumed up my shelf clips, leaving me with no way to install the shelves. When laying another slab of granite, he again scratched my brand new cabinets and did not offer to repair it. On one of the back splashes, there is a rather large seam gap, and the granite he pieced in is not flush. It is crooked and looks like CRAP! There is also a gap where the back splash meets the counter top, causing water to pond. I had asked him multiple times to fix this, both by phone and email, but no response. Don’t know about his tile expertise, but I would never hire him again to do granite!

We just had Valentin and his crew complete our granite counter top and backsplash. They did a great job with attention to detail. Our backsplash at our peninsula was done in granite. We didn’t like the square edge cut and asked Valentin to round the edges. He fixed it to our liking without question. Our other backsplash was done in travertine tile and looks awesome. Granite seems were matched nicely and the veins in the granite flow at the seem as if it is one piece.
