This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and there is a large menu. It is hit or miss what«mild, medium, or hot» means depending on who the chef is for the day. The first time I ordered«medium» and my eyes water. The next time it was barely spicy at all. Still the flavors are amazing and the portion sizes are generous. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but it is high quality on the inside and has a neat atmosphere with some booths being set up so patrons sit on the floor around a very low table. Make reservations on weekend nights as it can be fairly busy.

Great food and service. Went with my wife and had the TidBits appetizer and the Gaeng Keow Wan(Thai$Curry) Hot. Very flavorful and balanced.

I ate here this evening while visiting my parents who live close by. I had nearly given up finding good Thai food in this area until tonight. We walked in at 6:30 on a Saturday and were able to be seated within 20 minutes with no previous reservation. The restaurant was full of guests but maintained a pleasantly quiet atmosphere. Our server promptly took our drink order. They have a decent selection of beers including several Thai beers and a few other Asian beers, as well as corona, Heineken and many domestics. Our server took our order very quickly and refilled our drinks often. Service and atmosphere was top notch. We ordered the Panang curry with chicken, drunken noodles and pad Thai; all medium heat. The pad Thai was good but didn’t seem extraordinary. I have never been a huge fan of Pad Thai so I can’t really be trusted to properly rank this dish but it was a solid pad Thai in comparison to others I’ve tried. The drunken noodles were very good, savory and full of great flavor and textures. Lastly comes the curry. This curry was a red curry cooked with coconut milk and peanuts. Not only was this the best Curry I’ve had in Littleton, it ranks as one of the best dishes I’ve had from any restaurant in The Denver Metro area in my life. I adore Thai style curry and this was a fantastic mixture of flavors. I only wish I had more rice to soak up the curry sauce once the chicken and veggies were gone. It was sweet, spicy, savory, creamy, as well as a bunch of other adjectives to describe food that tastes good. The heat was good at medium. I like spicy food and this had noticeable heat but I wish it were slightly spicier, however we feared the Hot would be too spicy. My advice with Thai is to order conservatively with the heat of its a restaurant you’ve never tried, as some spicy food can be otherworldly hot, as if Satan himself had prepared the dish. I would highly recommend the Panang curry to anyone who can eat it, it is great. I look forward to eating here again and trying some other items on their menu. I should mention they do a fair amount of takeout if you don’t want to eat in. Overall it’s my favorite Thai restaurant in the area and is becoming my favorite restaurant period the more I eat here.

Just Ok for me. Started with the jasmine tea, which was completely flavorless. Just hot water. My entrée was the Pad Thai, fine except for the shrimp which was very fishy, not fresh. A bit expensive for most entrees at $ 8.95. The pad Thai at Noodles is better. Just sayin.

Came here with my son for the first time. We had never had authentic Thai before either. He had the Pad Thai, I had the Thai Curry and we shared a sampler appetizer. It came with their chicken rice soup. The soup was good, but bland. Our main courses and appetizers were flavorful and exotic. Our service was great. Staff helpful since we were new and had good recommendations. Not if, but WHEN I come back I’ll probably have the Chicken Satay. That seemed to hit the spot.

condensed review: Desi indian guys please avoid this place period Let me tell you first, the food is good but the attitude of the servers and the staff is disgusting. May be they have superiority complex against«desi indian guys». Only thing thats good is food. I am annoyed and disgusted thinking about the incident happened when i had gone there with 3 of my indian collegues few months ago. We had ordered the food and the food came very very late and we could find lot of other people has been already served(who came after us), No one apologized to us for being late and they think they are something superior than us. Later on when it was time to get the check they have automatically added 18% gratuity(their policy states the gratuity will be added only for group of 5 and above and we were just 4), Why the heck did they add the gratuity(tip) against their policy? We had no intention on giving tip. Tip means to insure promptness, You have to make customer happy and earn the tip and i believe ITISNOTSOMETHINGTOBEFORCEFULLYEXTRACTED. Do you dare to forcefully extract tip from a white or a black guy after providing terrible service? As a customer we are liable to only pay for the food and giving a tip to get more earnings for the staff is none of your business. It is the responsibility of the management so that their staff is well paid. I wanted to actually dispute about putting the tip without our permission but my colleagues told me to leave it there. This is for the indian desi guys, If you want to be ill treated, humiliated, forcefully extracted gratuity please feel free to walk in there, else decide that if you visit littleton, colorado you will never visit this place even accidentally. We are 1.2 billion strong and lets show them what a customer service should be like. There are so many other good restaurants there. I will post this message in what ever forums i can so that they will get a message.

This is a wonderful Thai restaurant in Littleton. My favorite was the dumplings and chicken satay. The papaya salad was also very goo but if you don’t like spicy food like I — then that might not be your cup of tea. The servings are very generous and its not that pricey either. Very good

Ordered takeout from here. The portions are TINY! For 15 dollars you get a small container of food. The snapper was slightly fried and super dry. The curry portion was TINY! Everything tasted ok. Not much depth of flavor. Just run of the mill Thai food. The Thai food in my neighborhood in Park Slope is far superior and waaaay cheaper for twice as much food.

This is the best family neighborhood Thai Restraunt in Denver. The curries and garlic chicken are the best. Get the dumplings and chicken satay for a starter. Service always attentive. If you want a true Thai experience, ask for the 3 booths where you sit on the floor with legs folded under table. Great place!

Just OK, was disappointed after reading so many positive reviews. Found it to be pricey and just underwhelming. I had the pad thai and tom kha gai soup. I much prefer Thai Bistro’s version of these

I been coming to this Thai place since I was young. We use to live in the area and always came to this Thai place. I was recently in town for something and decided to stop by for lunch and get the Pad Thai(which is the best pad thai I’ve ever had). I honestly don’t really remember if anything else on the menu was good, but I knew that the pad thai is delicious! The pad thai was definitely good but felt like it was too saucy this time. I got the tofu pad thai, they actually don’t deep fry the tofu like other thai places. I kind of like it when it’s deep fried. It is pricier than a lot of Thai restaurants but I feel like it’s worth it!

Hands down THE best Thai food in the Denver metro area. The wild ginger salad is out of this world.

Thai food can be «underwhelming» sometimes, but Wild Ginger delivered on taste and quality, and is definitely one of the top Thai restaurants I’ve been to in Denver. Get the dumplings! Seriously, you would a miss to come here and not try the steamed dumplings. They are absolutely to die for! A friend got me hooked on papaya salad months ago and Wild Ginger’s Papaya salad is fresh, with great flavor. I went with«mild» for the salad and it still had quite a kick. I love the variety of entrees they have that extend beyond just curries and noodle dishes. I went with the Royal Chicken«medium» spicy. The sauce was wonderful and there was a hearty portion of veggies, plus it was just enough to share between two people. Can’t wait to for a future visit!

I love coming here for the Pad Se Yew. Absolutely the best I’ve had in town, and the Thai coffee is sublime. The staff is very friendly and the food is always, always fresh and delicious. Only bad part is they close for a few hours in the afternoon. Lots of parking is always nice too.

The food was underwhelming which is sad because I’ve had it bookmarked for awhile. I stopped here for lunch when I was in Littleton and ordered the lunch pad thai to go. They overcharged me, were really(they threw my credit card at me) and when I got home, it was pretty bland in flavor(I asked for my standard medium spice but couldn’t taste it) with barely any sauce. No one likes a dry noodle! Am I missing something with this place? The only redeeming quality was that the lunch to go portion was enough for two servings.

I’m always up for trying good Thai food but it doesn’t always turn out that way. This place looks a bit generic from the outside but I already made up my mind to check it out so I headed in. I ended up sitting at the bar where the elderly lady was bartending. She turned out to be super sweet and really made my experience. I knew I wanted the papaya salad but she recommended the dumplings in addition when I had trouble figuring out what else I wanted. Let me just tell you those dumplings, which I found out later are hand made each day, were some of the best I’ve ever had. Yes, you read that right and that includes those I’ve had in China. The papaya salad was spot on. I went with medium but it would be classified as hot anywhere else. I wasn’t complaining but I did go through at least a half dozen glasses of water. I did come back again and had similar experiences. I do think this is one of the best, if not the best Thai restaurant in the Denver area.

I really like this little place. I have had some pretty yucky Thai food before so I was skeptical coming here. My mom never shuts up about this place so I had to check it out. It’s only a block away from my house so it’s convenient. We ordered a couple things to share, and everything was great. The chicken Penang was so good! The best part is they let you choose each dish to be mild, med or hot. We ordered med and it had a big kick! It was more spicy than I would have ordered but it was still really good. The coconut ice cream, wontons and dumplings were all unique and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Now that my lips have finally stopped burning I figured I should share some tips about this gem. This place really is great. We ordered the papaya salad(medium) and I ordered the drunken noodles(medium) What I didn’t know when I ordered was what a wimp I am. The papaya salad was awesome, but after bite number two I think I could have breathed fire! The heat lingered throughout the meal and into the rest of my afternoon. My drunken noodles arrived and I could see the chili stripes which I promptly picked out. With that minor modification it wasn’t too hot but rather tasty. All in all a great place but keep in mind their heat levels aren’t the same as your average mexican joint. If you’re unsure, order mild and work your way up. You’ll love it!
