As usual, this place is da bomb dot com. I love the people, the chairs, the décor, the choice of colors, the prices, and the fact it doesn’t reek of solution like other places. Hannah, Celine, and Dee are the best!

My husband and I have been going to Verona since it opened. And prior to that to Lees nails since they opened. 15 years at least 20 times a year. Not anymore. The last few times at Verona we had to wait 15 – 25 minutes even with an sppointment. Today my husband waited 15 and at 30 minutes I was standing up to go. Yes we had an apt. I waited the further five minutes once they came over when I was, leaving. I had refused a male technician 10 minutes earlier as I had a very bad pedicure previously from. a male. I have refused on other occasions too so you think they would not send them over. It’s very awkward for both of us.
The pedicures are good but are way more rushed and shorter than they used to be
I wouldbe fine if when I called for an apt they said its busy can you push back an hour. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience.
I think it’s time to find a new salon.

I have always enjoyed pedicures at this location. They do a fabulous job and it is definitely relaxing.
Unfortunately, I had my nails done here, once — the young man who was my nail tech was terrible. He kept complaining about how my nails were done that my other nail tech should be filing everything off each visit — and that is exactly what he continued to do. My nails hurt after he was done and continued to hurt 2 weeks later when I was ready for a rebase; I couldn’t go back and headed back across town to my original tech.
I recently went in for another pedicure over the weekend and they have changed their policy that any tips must be paid in cash or check. I hate it when businesses inconvenience their customers with these practices and try to avoid these places.

They use polish thinner that produces bubbles and makes it peel after a couple of days. They are extremely rude. I think they’re running some kind of human slavery operation by the way the staff is treated. When I tried to pay, the cashier looked over to the little bald man for approval to go forward. I tried to explain to that the polish was bad and she kept asking if the guy who did the manicure was alright. I didn’t go back the next day, when the polish peeled, because I knew it was going to be an ordeal. Never again.

I had a horrid experience at this place. I went in today to get my nails done for my upcoming wedding. The guy at the front desk was rude and that should have been my first indicator to turn around and walk out the door. He hastily walked me to a nail technician who I thought seemed friendly at first. He was harsh with my fingers and kept filing my skin, he even burnt the tip of my pinkie. He was very short tempered and made me feel uncomfortable. Right after leaving I could feel my fingers start to hurt. I’ve taken 800 of Ibuprophen and the pain still not go away. I will never go here again and I warn you to not waste your time or money.

Was accused of coming back after I attended a wedding to show that my nails had peeled up. My nails peeled up at the wedding and I called them immediately the next morning since the wedding was at night. After embarrassing the girl that did my nails they finally gave me my money back. Good thing I don’t live here.
