Perfect hotel for a «party of 3» OR4 could not have asked for a better rate! Go to TripAdvisor as they had the most economical rate. Pro’s: Spotless!!! Comfy beds! Linens were supple & crisp! Great bathroom! Spacious! Rooms are perfect! The kitchenette is a great bonus(we did not use) however ideal for families. The living area was a great spot to converse with my daughter & wife before heading to bed. Ample parking. Nice staff! Con’s: Got noisy with kids running up and down the hallways about 6:45 am. BRINGEARPLUGS!!! All in all we slept pretty solid up to that time. I highly recommend«IF» you are in need for 2 bedrooms, they are challenging to find not to mention costly. This place is worthy as it is priced right!

Phenomenal service. The breakfast though small has everything you’d ever want. The staff was accommodating and the location is perfect.

Clean, reasonably priced, quiet room, except for the road next to you. Even then, not bad. Great view of the mountains. Nice employees.

This review is a bit late but we spent last Christmas at this towneplace suites Marriott and had one of the best family vacations. Now I travel quite a bit and I stay at all categories of Marriott from JW Marriott to Courtyards and I’ve even stayed at a few Towneplace Suites. I didn’t have high expectation for this property but the service I received was on par with the top hotels of the likes of Ritz Carlton and St Regis. The breakfast was nothing fancy but Debra was attentive and extremely courteous. A few days we got to breakfast towards the end of closing and she was still very accommodating and did not rush us like other hotels. Jacob, the manager, went out of his way for us several times. We’ve natives to California so when it snowed; I didn’t have tools to clear the vehicle. Jacob spotted me scraping the snow off with a plastic packaging piece and offered to remove the rest of the snow with some plastic shovels that they had in the lobby. I knew he was busy mending to other guests in the hotel but still took time to stop and help. Thank you Jacob and Debra for taking care of my family. They are the people that helps build brand loyalty and great memories for life.

They just got done remodeling it seems. I enjoyed my stay here except the ac in my room is crap, but the weather is so nice I had my window open and that was wonderful. Breakfast buffet is on small side, but I chose this restaurant based on location. Rooms are big and kitchens are nice.

Its a Marriott property so you almost can not go wrong. Now I am not a big fan of these extended stay type properties. but I had few options for the night Here are my bullet’d thoughts on the property… — check in was quick and efficient, friendly staff at check in and check out. — walk ways and driveway could have been cleared of snow better — hallways to the rooms was run down, in need of remodeling — typical room, a little worn, could use a paint job, new carpet and some updated — I was a little disgusted with the breakfast buffet, did not appear to be very sanitary. Maybe I just missed a crowd but it grossed me out and I went elsewhere for breakfast I did not use many of the other facilities so I can not comment.

Go to a different hotel… this place seems like its stuck in the 1980s! Dingy, outdated, and out-of-the-way. Not worth it.

I’m not sure why the other reviews were so good; I am NOT impressed. The front desk guy ignored me for several minutes while he zoned out on his computer and wasn’t enthusiastic until he saw my Platinum Status with Marriott. The breakfast selection(hot food) was terrible. I didn’t even try, I just left quickly. It’s fine if all you want is cereal. The room is mediocre but at least it’s clean. I definitely won’t be returning.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Easy reservation on line. Friendly staff. Very clean and easy access to E-470. E-470 is NOLONGER a toll road. It’s FREE towards the airport from the hotel. No traffic at all. Avoid 25 No. and 70 E at all cost! One thing I like about hotels are the way the lights are scattered about the entire place. I like bright rooms, bright bathrooms and bright breakfast areas. This hotel is well lit from natural lights as well as those bright lights! Yay! Nice comfortable bed. Clean crisp sheets. Nice kitchen with the basic necessities that you will need. Only thing is they have the fat old TV all over the place including two in my room. Free warm breakfast but coffee is weak. Although they claim that is their dark coffee. I highly recommend this hotel if you like to be closer to the Rockies to hike. The view from my room is the base of the Rockies and about 15 miles away is the actual Rockies foothills. If you don’t hike you can still benefit from the warm and friendly staff and nice hotel in general.

Used this place for a recent business trip– and I was impressed! The Marriott Towneplace suites are even better than Marriott hotels I have stayed at. Great for a business trip, as you’re also provided with a fridge, stove and other amenities you might need. Friendly staff, über-clean rooms and common areas, and great breakfast in the morning(facilities also seem brand new). Downside– HBO! Seriously, I’m glued to the TV whenever I return to the room. One question… can I live here please? :)
