Excellent service, food, decoration… Totally happy with them. Definitely recommend to everybody go there . You won’t be disappointed.

My favorite restaurant is Cheesecake Factory because I love the food there, but what I like most is the cheesecakes. You should get a cake with bits of white chocolate on it because it’s really good. But for the food, I would prefer some pasta, because it is super good. I just like everything! You should at least go there once.

I love The Cheesecake Factory, as their food is always delicious and their desserts wonderful, but I am writing this review because of their service. Simply put, the Park Meadows location has always completely hit it out of the park for me. Their food is consistently tastier than at their other Denver area locations, and the service is always at least normal if not exceptional. I hope this location keeps up the good work.

The service, bread, appetizers, and cheesecake were great. I went here with my family on a Sunday and there is a special Sunday brunch menu. I ordered the veggie Benedict. The eggs were perfectly cooked, but the veggie patty things they were served on top of was weird and not tasty. I prefer English muffins with my eggs Benedict, and it was my fault for not reading the menu closely. No big deal though. The whole experience was fine.

Not my favorite. Ordered regular spaghetti and asked for no cheese. The waiter came out and said the meatballs had cheese in them so I asked for something to substitute it like chicken, and they brought it out with meatballs so ultimately the people I was with all ate before me and then stared at me until I was done haha. And our waiter seemed on the go and rushed the whole time. Not the nicest. Overall I could live without.

We are reoccurring customers here. We LOVE the food, and the portion sizes are perfect. But tonight we absolutely LOVE our server! Her name is Stephanie Y. She is by far the best best best EVER! She is a textbook example of how a server should be! Literally to a T. She nailed everything and was genuine and fantastic with timing and execution of all the steps! Next time we come back we are going to ask to be seated in her section. Cheesecake Factory you have one superb employee! Love Lauren and Jarred Manchego

It’s a chain. It does what it does exceptionally well, but there is nothing life-changing or earth-shattering here. Just very good chain food very well prepared served by top notch chain servers. If we were comparing them to other chains, I’d give them a 5, but Unilocalers aren’t here looking for chain food. That said, after reading some of the reviews here we hesitated to visit at all. We are new to the area and crave their cheesecake on occasion. We were moving during my son’s 20th birthday last month and a little celebration was overdue, so we went. I can’t speak to the experiences of others, I can only say I’ve eaten at multiple locations in two handfuls of states, and it’s probably one of the top two I’ve been to. The service was impeccable on our visit, and the food was just as delicious as always. I think the only«blooper» was the very sweet young hostess telling myself and my son to «have a nice day, ladies!» as we were leaving. In all fairness, he has long, wavy blond hair and his back was towards her, and she didn’t get to stop for two seconds the whole time we were there. But being Lone Tree, some might be offended rather than amused as we were. Let’s hope I’m wrong, but I’ve lived in similar places and watched blowhards demand someone be fired for less, so I hope you’ll forgive my cynicism. Our server was absolutely wonderful, I enjoyed the meal, we took some home some cheesecake. It was a nice afternoon, and gratefully appreciated after a long December spent schlepping boxes. I expect that any negative reviews represent outliers, this is one of the better run locations(and Cheesecake Factory is already one of the better chains in terms of reliability and excellent service). If you aren’t up for a wait or want to be sure you don’t run to any issues, visit on their slower times and you’ll get abundant attention and speedier seating and service. Otherwise, just go with the flow, it’s still worth it, even during the busy times. Also, cheesecake.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always greeted with a warm smile and have an excellent service. The food is great, but the reasons why I’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 stars are: 1. waiting time(My family and I had to wait one hour); 2. there is no price for the drink menu which is really shady because I get surprised by the bill every time. I guess I can wait while shopping but having to wait every time sucks. My favorites from this place are: avocado roll with sweet dipping sauce, Da Vinci Pasta, Steak Diane, Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp(although the shrimp portion is TINY).

Downtown location is so much better! Came here for lunch waited 20 minutes to be seated which wasn’t too bad but it took over an hour to receive our entrees and the waitress didn’t even box our food even though everyone else’s was boxed. Food wasn’t good since I was over being hungry! Daughters spaghetti was good but overall would not recommend

This CF gave me the most boring salad of my life. I mean I don’t expect a salad for lunch to be a culinary masterpiece but come on! I got a small size BBQ salad to prevent that food coma feeling before Black Friday shopping and seriously I should’ve stuck with my gluttonous farfalle with chicken and garlic pasta. The calories at least would have been worth it LOL.

The new Thai glazed salmon is as good as any salmon you’d get in the fanciest of restaurants. I loved it!

As someone who doesn’t exactly love cheesecake, I can’t say I was thrilled going into it. Unfortunately we were there on a Friday evening, so it was almost an hour wait, but the staff was friendly and polite and we perused the mall while we waited for our table. We sat outside next to the fireplace, which was lovely. The menu is HUGE. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a ridiculously sized menu, and that’s not even the cheesecake part of it. The portions were also huge, but considering the food is more on the pricey side, I suppose you’re getting what you pay for. Our server was incredibly nice and checked in on us often, though he did forget to give me my leftovers in a box when I asked. Overall, a meh experience at a meh restaurant.

Always a solid stuffed experience… and the food is always good… My foreign visitors are always blown away by the portion sizes in America, and this certainly takes portion sizes to new heights!

This place really needs to invest in some sort of noise reducing. Food is good as always but I really hate coming here because of the noise factor. I’m not a fan at yelling at the people at my table when we are seated right next to each other. Bleh!

Have you ever tried to have a conversation with a wall? Yeah, neither have I, but I think I know what that feels like after eating here. Our server was incredibly slow & needed several reminders to bring our requested drinks & even the straws. When she was taking my mom’s order, she kept shouting«WHAT?» & claimed that she was hard of hearing in one ear… Which is fine, but in that case, she should have known better than to not double check our orders. I ordered the Vegan Cobb salad. It took a long time for the food to come out, so when it finally did I dug in hungrily. A few bites later, I tasted… cheese. Clearly, this salad was not vegan. When I let the server know the mistake, she responded with an impressive amount of sass, «I only heard ‘Cobb,’ honey.» When I finally got my vegan salad, it came drenched with dressing(I had requested dressing on the side to avoid this). By then, my party was almost done with their food, so I just sucked it up and ate it. Not very happily, mind you. As if that wasn’t enough… When we were paying the bill, another waiter helped us. He brought back the change and said, «I didn’t bring the 17 cents; I’m just going to tack it on as tip.» Uh… Is that even ALLOWED? Sure we’ll gladly tip an extra 17 cents, but it’s about the principle here, people! My friend, out of the wonderful kindness in his heart still left a generous tip. I am still giving the place 1 star, because 1) It’s not an option to give zero. And 2) the food itself was actually pretty good. I would recommend the vegan Cobb salad if you’re about that life. The buffalo chicken strips & crab artichoke dip were also good. Would NOT recommend the hibachi steak. I tasted my sister’s, and I swear they marinated that thing in a tub of salt for half a decade. She drank a gallon of water after her meal. Would definitely have had a better experience here if we got better service. Or if our server had better hearing.

Had a wonderful dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. We visited on a Tuesday night after the usual dinner rush, therefore there was no wait. The hostesses were absolutely great. I’ve never been welcomed so well into a restaurant. They were very nice and accommodating. Our server Levi was great. He was super attentive and had thorough knowledge of the menu(as tough as that seems!) and offered to us his favorite dishes as well as check up on us a consistent but not pushy amount of times. The food was spectacular. The chicken was perfectly grilled, veggies nice and crisp, and the mashed potatoes were heavenly. The cheesecake, dulce de leche and a recommendation by Levi, really hit the spot! Would definitely recommend after a long day of shopping :)

Cheesecake Factory is a great family meal place for many occasions. The menu is literally a book with meal options for all different types. So many choices you can’t go wrong !!! The food is excellent !! Portions are huge !! Yet the service is very slow ! It will take a good amount of time to get your food. Defiantly recommend as a fun place to eat though !

Yes it is just like other Cheesecake Factories, but thanks to Nate or waitress we had a wonderful experience. There were three of us that include my wife, myself, and our 2yr old. Nate was great to offer good recommendations(Chicken Bellagio, awesome!). She was very attentive with our order, drinks, desert, and check. Overall she is the reason for the five stars, oh, and the food too. Thank you Nate.

I typically like the Cheesecake factory with its humongous menu and friendly service. However, this experience was really a bummer. I was considering ordering the Spicy Cashew Chicken dish. I’ve had my eye on it for a while and decided to ask our server about it since I was afraid it would be sweet(like most dishes similar to this one are). She assured me that it was not sweet at all but rather, was savory and had a nice spicy kick to it. Sounded good to me! When it arrived, I took my first bite and much to my dismay, it was VERY sweet. Not only was the sauce too sweet, but the rice was not cooked properly and was like a mush under my chicken. She asked how I liked it and I told her not at all(this was towards the end of our meal, otherwise I would have ordered something else). I told her that the dish is in fact sweet and she said, «Yeah, it is a little sweet, sorry I didn’t tell you that in the beginning.» I’m sorry too, because I asked about it specifically! I think it was just a matter of not knowing the menu item very well. And how could she? There are hundreds of items to learn and remember! She should have at least been honest with me and said she didn’t know. And, on top of that, she didn’t even make an attempt to remedy the situation. No offer to take it off the bill and no offer to get me something fast to-go. Such a bummer. I don’t think I’ll ever be back to this location(not necessarily because of this experience but more so because I actually live in San Diego and only visit Colorado Springs once or twice a year) but I thought it was worth sharing since the service was especially lack-luster.

My wife, her grandmother, and I went to this location on January 31th. We had lunch and dessert on this occasion. Michael S. was our waiter and he hit out of the park. Giving great recommendations, prompt service for food, and we got everything we could ask for as taste. One recommendation would be for the front of house: the manager and attendant were pushing some people to the front of the line that were local celebrities. It is not a good idea to favor those who waited in line as opposed to those who have been there or have a reservation. Unlike the local celebrities who did neither. Could have been a 5 star visit, must knock you 2 stars for that.
