Team Window

Warning, do NOT use Team Window. We had a broken window and called TW for a replacement estimate. They canceled their first appt. because they were running late. Arrived the next day and apologized for not having the materials to make a pattern. We provided a pen and large paper. The window would be ready in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks, I called and was given a July 9 installation appt. That day, they called to say the window was not delivered by the glass company. The next available appt. wasn’t until July 20. The window they delivered on July 20, didn’t fit. It was 2 inches too big.” He apologized and gave me his cell number promising to personal monitor the reorder and delivery. I was the called the next day with an appt. for August 7 installation. On August 6, I emailed to confirm and got no response. No response from my phone contact either. Two months after contacting Team Window, I still need a replacement. Do NOT use Team Window.

These guys are amazing. Cleaned inside and outside of my windows, doors, garage windows, and mirrors spotless. Very friendly, resoectful of your home and professional. Can highly recommend them. Nice job fellows! Will hire again any day.
