Strong Man Moving

They showed up 3 hours later than the 2 hour window that we were given. The guys didn’t show up with the proper equipment for the job and the dismissed my multiple attempts to voice my concerns. When the job was done one of the men said that they didn’t have an invoice for us. Here’s the kicker, they pit scratches in the refrigerator & put a sizable gouge in the wood floor in our entry way. We just had those wood floors refinished. When we wrote the company about the damage the manager insisted that the damage wasn’t caused by his guys and suggested that we make a claim with our insurance. Beware of this company. They are not professional.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. Improperly loaded our 34ft Uhaul so bad that we were pulled over by the police and sent to Uhaul where Uhaul also said our truck was loaded unsafe. Called Moe at StrongMan moving 6 times and never got a response. We had to pay to have our moving truck unloaded and reloaded by another company since Moe and Strongman moving would not call us back. He also lied to my credit card company so I was unable to get a refund. His guys showed up at 930am they were supposed to be there at 830. Bunch of lazy guys, broke one of our pictures and our computer stand also with no response. His guys took a break and my aunt overheard them saying to take an extra long break so they would get more hours. Save yourself don’t call this company they are a nightmare!!!

My other scheduled movers «Forward Motion» did not show up even though I made a deposit to secure the date. It was a nightmare trying to find someone else last minute when the other people weren’t answering their phone. After a couple of hours of calling different movers we got lucky that Strong Man Moving was available! They said they would be here in 15 mins and they did. Were very friendly, careful with my items and wrapped some furniture and made the move smooth. I have a big apartment so 70 boxes + dinning table/​6 chairs + large couch + full bedroom set all moved in 3 ½ hours between 2 high rises. Of course, I did some sick packing so that helped. They complimented how prepared we were ;) Totally will use them again!

I had already & unknowingly hired Strong Man Moving thinking it was different company; Colorado Movers @ Castle Rock. I discovered terrible reviews for Strong Man Moving. Sleep was lost & backup plans were made when I realized my error. I move often due to contract work. Boxes with a little furniture were moved on this day, and I have to say the prompt arrival, wonderful care, quality of packing/​organizing the truck & speed was amazing. Apparently there is a big difference between the Aurora outfit (bad reviews for no shows) and the Littleton crew (good reviews.) Moe (dispatcher/​driver) & Trey can move anything I own anytime. Only 4 out of the last 20 moving companies would rank high enough for repeat business much less move my furniture. Moe & Trey are definitely top notch movers you can trust! FYI Moe doesn’t return text. lol
