This company was called to replace a furnace, they contracted out the replacement and no permit was even obtained for the installation. The furnace must now be correctly installed to remedy the issues from the poor installation. I would not recommend this company’s services.

I was a customer for awhile and found their actual work on the HVAC units to be good, but their customer service is awful. They don’t return your calls on time, or ever, and it’s enough to make you want to go somewhere else and even pay more for better service. I would never use them again — learn from my experience.

Today I placed my second call to SW Heating and again talked to an unqualified operator. She had no idea about the business or warranties etc. Again, she said she’d need to have the ‘service manager’ call me back because she had no idea about anything… and again the service manager neglected to call back to see if he/she could help me. Horrible service. I’m not sure why this company pays so much for advertising when they don’t take care of the customers that reach to them based on that advertising.

We bought our cooling system from these guys a year ago and were very satisfied with their recommendation on which system was best for our house as well as the installation. Yesterday, one of the hot water heater pipes was leaking so I decided to call Southwest again. Glad I did! One of there techs was over within a few hours and he knew exactly what was causing the leak and fixed it for us. He was also very professional, cleaned up the area he was working in and was a very nice guy. I highly recommend Southwest Heating and Cooling!

Here’s what I can tell you about Southwest Heating & Cooling. I had them take a look at my malcuntioning A/C unit and then I later found out they made an incorrect diagnosis of the issue. After talking with them about this issue, the team at Southwest went above and beyond my expectations in correcting the issue and didn’t charge me for the diagnosis or my time. While it is unfortunate when mistakes like this happen, I can say that Southwest is a company that does the right thing for its customers and it’s that integrity that will put them at the top of my list for future issues. Very impressed with how they handled this situation and would recommend based on their professionalism and service.

One of the conditions when we closed on our house was to replace the furnace. This was done by the seller and they chose this company. Upon closing I found out that the company never pulled a permit with the City of Centennial. I contacted the company twice prior to them pulling the permit. Part of the permit is to provide the home that the job was completed in new carbon monoxide detectors. I called again and was told that I would have them delivered to my house. That was two months ago, still no detectors. I called last week to ask a technician a quick question and had to leave a message. I still haven’t received a call back from him either.
