We were having battery problems with one of our cars and finally had it towed to Sears. The guys took a look at it and saw that it was a quick fix so they took a couple tools out to the parking lot and fixed it for me for free. They easily could have charged me for the work they did or claim that we needed a new battery but instead they were honest and generous.
