Spoke to Doug on the phone when I was looking for somebody to service my swamp cooler. He was honest and told me he would be more than a week out before he could come out and suggested I try another company. However, he spoke with me about prices to expect for new swamp coolers and compared to the price for AC. Even though I didn’t do any business with him he was very friendly and courteous. If I have a bigger job in the future I will definitely try him first.

We just had new air-​conditioning put in, because we are finishing the basement. They put in all the ductwork for the basement added cold air returns upstairs (to make our furnace more efficient) and put in the air conditioning all in one day. Their price was fair. Doug and his crew were very friendly and fast. It’s going to be nice to no longer have to crawl up on the roof for a swamp cooler.

A co-​worker of mine recommended Royal Comfort. Doug came out fast, did a great job of walking through their products and services, and scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. Overall, his pricing was reasonable. Not the cheapest, but definitely not even close to the most expensive. Royal Comfort is a small family company, and in a way, I think that’s what made working with them so easy. There was one small item that came up after the initial quote, but Doug was really reasonable about it which made it no issue at all. Overall, very good service and would be glad to use them again.
