Service couldn’t have been nicer or faster.
We had just driven in from Austin and I was looking at locations online for storage. Found this location near our house and set up a time online. Within a few minutes we had a call from Ryan, he was ready right then, and we were able to move in an hour later. The whole process was great. Everything was clearly explained and the unit was perfect for what we needed.
I would highly recommend this location and Ryan especially. Very friendly and helpful.

Needed a storage facility while visiting my aunt in Colorado and literally reserved a space on the fly. Within minutes I had a storage space, all done over the phone. Showed up with moving truck and movers following. «Rick» was professional and thorough. He escorted the movers to the rental space and they began unloading while went back to the office to finish paperwork. Fast and efficient with one phone call. And let me just add that the office and rental space were very clean. WOW!

Units are very clean. My unit is temperature controlled which is awesome. I can keep my electronics in there without having to worry about the heat or the cold. I’ve been in the unit while it was raining and I saw no leaks. Security is good. Prices are more than what I’m used to, but I used to live in the middle of nowhere and the unit I had wasn’t temperature controlled. :P Overall good experience. The people are very nice. Would recommend.

Rick did a great job assisting me with my 5×5 unit I rented today. He did a thorough job explaining all the policies around renting the unit. The hidden insurance fee caught me off guard at the time of rental and should probably be explained for online reservations for customers. Overall I was pleased with my experience, security, and clealiness of the unit.
