Great wings… if you don’t mind waiting an hour for them I ordered my wings at 8:15 pm and it was supposed to be done at 8:45. Half hour, plenty of time to fry some wings right? Wrong. I arrived early, 8:30 and hung out in the lobby/waiting area for… say 5 – 10 minutes until someone actually helps me. Sure some employees came and said«hi» or «have you been helped?» or «are you Jackie?» Not even close haha Manager explains they’re busy and they’re training, good excuses I suppose but wings… really? Plop those babies in and set the timer. She takes my money and says they’ll be out soon, this is around 8:45, my time to get my wings and take em home — I’m not an asshole and want them on the second so hey let’s give them a 5 minutes. After she, the manager, leaves me I start hearing the fryer… surely this can’t be MYWINGS. But of course! they were my wings… But hey I got my wings at 9:10ish ordered at 8:15ish…55 minutes to make wings… reasonable…said no one EVER! Anddddddd I had ordered ranch, did I get them? No! So I was pretty frustrated at this point, non-frustrated me would have said F-it, it’s ranch and it cost me $ 0.60 but frustrated me drove back and got me my ranch! Plus 3 extra ones… which I didn’t need. Thanks though. P. S. You may want to throw a little attitude. Lady comes in and asks for help by knocking on a window between the kitchen and counter and after a few minutes of waiting gets offered her order of pizza free of charge, but this lady was kind enough to pay for her pizza, which she said had cooled off cheese. You know, day after cheese where the cheese is just hard and not the same meltyness(real word? Probably) Sure I should have said something about having to wait 15 minutes past my estimated delivery but I just wanted my wings and I had already paid so… I resort my a Unilocal review, something I never do
