Dr. Roger Murken handled my double foot surgery — Morton’s neuroma and bunionectomy. What I loved about this doctor is that he actually listened to me, discussed options and worked with me to decide the most conservative surgery that was best for me. This involved doing a slight version of a traditional bunionectomy. The doctor had no problem with me sharing 2nd, 3rd, and 4th options from other surgeons with him and was gracious in scheduling me for the surgery where my schedule was very tight. Dr. Murken has an amazing bedside manner, was generous in his office time and has a support staff that is equally awesome. When there was an issue with the nurse phoning me for surgery info that was inappropriate, the doctors assistant mentioned it to him and the first thing he asked me at the next pre-op appointment was my version of the story. He then asked if I was happy with the resolution(which was made by the CEO of the company) and expressed his disappointment that the nurse caused this issue. Then he got into the details of my appointment for that day. Class act all the way! During one appointment where the doctor was running very late, the front office staff came out to the lobby to apologize to all that was waiting, handed out water and snacks too! It’s this type of service that really makes the difference. Check out the other foot surgeons I went to and the treatment received from them. Dr. Murken and the staff at this location deserve an award. Keep up the good work. Oh, my surgery was successful and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Dr. Roger Murken did an amazing repair on a trimalleor fracture of my right ankle. I was so grateful to him, even though, after out of the hospital, I landed in an awful skilled nursing facility where I received no physical therapy. Then, I turned to Panorama for a home care agency who never showed up. It was an extremely hard time for me, but the«triage» team with the exception of one woman, Linda, could have cared less. After the boot came off, I was told nothing of what to do next. The cast tech says nothing; he just performs painful procedures and does not want to be bothered with questions. I ended up going to an inexperienced physical therapist who took me way too fast. This resulted in damaging my left knee. I have been in severe pain for 30 days in the left knee and hip. This past Monday, I had an appointment with Dr. Robinson at the Littleton office that the nicer of the two schedulers I have spoken with had made for me last week. The more impatient of the two schedulers phoned 3 hours before the appointment and sounded almost happy to inform me the appointment was cancelled with no explanation. The woman just could not understand why I could not make the 45 minute drive to Westminster to see another specialist. I cannot walk; I can just hobble. I do not understand why such a talented surgeon would do a lengthy, complicated surgery and not ensure that follow up is done, nor can I understand why such a skilled surgeon would have rude, obviously uncaring staff members. Aftercare is extremely important with complicated fractures. To do a sophisticated surgery and then just leave the patient or expect an uncaring, overworked staff to follow up seems before healing seems cruel at best. I did have hope that my legs would be as before. Now that other joints are damaged due to insufficient aftercare, that no longer seems possible. Although the surgeons are skilled, I would not recommend Panorama to anyone.

My husband just had knee surgery. We were recommended to Dr. Foulk. We have been to several fancy top docs that were recommended by 5280 magazine and Dr. Foulk is the best doc we’ve been to in a long time. He did a great job on the surgery and his bedside manner was amazing. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon. FANTASTIC.
