OPL Nails

After reading all the negative reviews, I was skeptic but needed a new nail place close to home. My friend mentioned people only write reviews when they’re unhappy, so I tried out the place anyway. I was a fan! I went in an hour before close and Le was happy to help. I got gel tips and I love them. Everyone was nice and I felt welcomed — will definitely be going back! You also get a little bit of a discount/​stamp card for paying in cash.

Terrible experience, will never go back! The girl I went to was extremely rude and treated me with so much disrespect. Also got mad at me for not choosing my shellac color right away, have never been to a nail salon and felt so unwelcome and unappreciated as a paying customer. You need to train your staff to be more friendly!! plus didn’t even get the color I wanted because they were out of every one I wanted. This is a no go girls. I recommend central nails by the super target in highlands ranch. Lucent and highlands ranch parkway! They’re amazing!

My friends and I made an APPOINTMENT for 4 mani/​pedis and when we showed up, they only had 3 free techs. I sat for 30 mins until my water got cold and my friends were almost done. I was very frustrated to not be part of the experience and enjoy being there with my friends. So I just put my damn shoes on and waited for them up front. I wasn’t going to wait an hour, being done by myself, while they’re just waiting on me. Ridiculously bad service. I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone.

It has been years since I decided to get my nails done. I went here to get acrylic nails. A full set french manicure. The first available nail technician was a male. I am always hesitant with males because they are so aggressive on my nails. I still went with him anyway, and regretted it immediately. I have cuts on 6 fingers and all my cuticles are red from the filing. Also he didn’t use white tips but filled it in with acrylic, now the smile lines look like shit. They are already lifting on the sides and they are bumpy and the uv gel coat cured bumpy too. In the end I paid $ 50 for nails that I could have done myself.

Honestly I never go out of my way to leave a negative review because I work in the service industry as well. However, I had such terrible service here, so much so that I contemplated leaving in the middle of my service multiple times. First off, the woman rushed through my wax it took her less than 3 minutes total and it showed. Following that I dipped my foot in the pedicure water and it was boiling hot. She seemed annoyed that I asked her for less hot of water. She was rough and rude throughout the service, even got up to answer her phone and left while I was still sitting there. Overall I did not enjoy my experience, and will not be returning.

Not happy with.. .. . well anything from this salon. I had called prior to going and was told shellac would be $ 25, it ended up being $ 30 which is not a huge difference but I don’t like misinformation. My shellac came out terrible, she over painted onto my skin. It looked like a child did my nails. I ended up going back 3 days later to have them redone and got major attitude for it. Needless to say I won’t be returning and leaves me wondering if I’ll ever find a decent nail salon in Littleton.

This place is TERRIBLE! From the service you receive to the, to how dirty they keep this place. been here 2 times too many! do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

So I visited here once again seeing if maybe OPL (not OPI!) nails could redeem itself.
This time I got a rebase instead of polish.
The man that did my nails insisted I should get a fullset which ticked me off. So I was going to end up spending $ 45 or else I couldn’t get what I want. He told me it’d be the only way I could get pink and whites.
So he began.
Everything was going fine. I noticed he was a fast worker but he was being thorough & that’s what I love! Until he began rushing SO MUCH. He was hurting me and being rough with my hands and fingers.
I asked for a basic square-​shaped tip, what’s so hard about that? Right. He began filing so roughly my fingers were turning white and they were completely UNEVEN. By uneven I mean it. U N E V E N. It was all I could do to not physically teach over and shape then myself.
I wanted a design but according to him I couldn’t do it «because it wouldn’t look good and my nails were too short.» WTF???
I sadly agreed, he painted on my gel coat, cured my nails, and I was done.
My nails were so dingy and boring looking and then I began seeing every single flaw. The whites were lopsided and uneven.
I love the atmosphere here but it seems like they put more time into decorating than actually pleasing their customers.
I’m so disappointed. They cheated me out of $ 20 that was completely unnecessary. My nails look like I did them myself after about 10 vodka shots.
I don’t think I’m ever coming back.

This place is actually OPL nails. They make it look like an I so you think they are associated with the band but they are definitely NOT. If you call there they answer the phone“nail salon” — total scam. Stay away.

Don’t be fooled by the amount of people you’ll see coming and going from Opi Nails. That’s what lassoed me in.
My mom and I just wanted a regular mani/​pedi. No acrylics for us. We were the only people in there not getting acrylics done. And, the place smells like all they ever do are acrylics.
Our mani/​pedi was the worst we had ever received. Within 2 days, both of us had chipped nail polish on our hands and feet. Huh?
I got the feeling that since we weren’t getting acrylics, they really didn’t care about the service they gave us.
I’ll find another place.
