Officemax Print & Document Services

I noticed that they print banners. I almost fell on the floor laughing when I noticed that the demo banner was fuzzy and pixelated to this blue gray mush that was supposed to be the Rocky Mountains.
This place always makes me feel ripped off. I spent $ 35.00 overnighting a Fedex to Texas. I guess that’s a normal price, but the place is just kind of grungey and feels cold, even their clearance stuff was a rip. I was looking for a printer too, the floor workers were helpful, but everything seemed over priced, so I just left.

Never ever again

horrible service. As a business order I expect my documents to be printed in a timely manner. Not LOST. Not only has this happened once this has happened at least 4 times. After being frusterated I contacted their headquarters and they did apologize with a $ 25 gift card. Thanks, so i thought I would give them another try, shoot I have already given them so much $$ I thought I would use my gift card. It seems every time I ask them to print something they are always to busy and it could take days. I understand if I was asking them to design something and have it be on banners but this is a simple print where all you have to do is hit the print button. They also seem to always lose my documents. When I cxl an order because they tell me it will be a couple days I then receive an email its ready. I CXLD IT why was it printed? They also do not believe in service with a smile. Everyone is always so grouchy. done with this store and officemax all together. I went to office depot and I am already in love with this store. They offered me a business account which Im not sure if officemax offers that since no one has ever offered it to me. But if you want great customer service and speedy delivery go to office depot
