Mattress Firm Clearance

Just bought a new mattress from Blair. Great service, not pushy and certainly knew his product. Worked with my budget and we got a great deal.

Would give zero stars if I could.
Went in on Saturday in the early afternoon.
We were on the hunt for a new tempur-​pedic.
We were met nicely enough and immediately taken to see a bed that was on sale. Let the salesman know that we we’re looking for a memory foam bed. He took us in that direction and when I started asking questions about the different styles he seemed to get flustered. He couldn’t give us any other info other than if it was firm or soft and the price. Could not talk about the way they are made or the technology behind their construction. Walked away and mumbled something under his breath to the other salesman that was there who then shot us a glance. We continued to try out the mattresses and he then he came back. I asked him again about the differences between the beds trying to understand the price variations. Had no answers… Flustered again. He again walked over to his desk and this time I heard him say to the other guy «this guy is a douche». It was loud enough for me to hear clearly as my wife and I were the only ones in the store. We got up walked to the door and told him what I heard him say. No denial. We left and then went down the street to another mattress dealer and bought a $ 3800.00 Tempu-​pedic. Poor service by a guy that knows nothing about the product he sells or how to treat customers. Stop saying bad things about your customers! I was not rude, just inquisitive.

My wife and I were shopping for a new mattress today and went to this store. From the moment we entered the salesmen, Michael made us feel welcome. He was professional, funny and very nice. He gave us all kinds of discounts to help us too. Highly recommend working with Michael and getting your mattress here.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for a new king size mattress. We went in this store just to browse and ended up buying the perfect mattress for us. Ric DuPont was extremely helpful and got us a great deal! The mattress was even delivered a bit earlier than the start of the delivery window, so we didn’t have to wait around for hours. Would highly recommend to others!
