First off, the staff was amazing to work with and helpful for my first visit. My questions about coverage were answered immediately and explained to me. Also, I would like to say that I’ve been to many different dental offices and this was one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to.
I would highly reccomend visiting this facility for your next visit to the dentist.

Don’t be fooled by lifetime bleaching promises to lure you in! While my son liked this dentist, they exceeded our yearly maximum insurance and I had to pay over $ 300. in Dec. out of pocket. When I called they said it was my responsibility to call the insurance company to verify that what they were doing was covered. (I did not know what the costs were for the treatment they were planning) My previous dental offices have always done this for us. They do not have an experienced billing employee and the claims had to be submitted and resubmitted to my insurance company numerous times. The claims kept being rejected and it was confusing for me to try and figure out what was going on. The final straw was being charged for a missed appointment on the day of a huge snowstorm. While the TV was scrolling with all the business and school closings, and the roads a mess, this «caring» dental office made sure to charge us a $ 39.00 missed appointment charge for not canceling 48 hours in advance! With all of the other dentists out there to choose from, you’d be wise to avoid this one.
