Normally I try to avoid this grocery spot. Its crowded and the parking can be annoying. This past Father’s day weekend, not only was I impressed by the service, but the Butchers actually took time out of their schedule to assist with preparing a Wet-rub and Tri-tip. The employee actually took me to the isles where I would find the best ingredients for the wet-rub, seeing as I was lacking in broiling skills. This changed my perseption of the grocery stop completely. And the receipe was a hit with my guests, thx KS’ Butcher!
