I walked in and asked how long the wait was for a pedicure. I was told 5 – 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, no one had further acknowledged me, and the ladies in the pedicure chairs moved to get their nails done, with the only 2 employees following them. I walked by again an hour after I had first sat down, and the same two ladies were still getting their nails done!

I’m bummed. I spent $ 50 on a pedicure and manicure and my nails look like my 9 year old did them. I spent 1 ½ hours while she painstakingly worked on my nails and it wasn’t worth it. I didn’t even have the energy to complain by the time I was done.
