Eagle Automotive Service

Brought my 2011 Subaru here for rear axel service and they troubleshoot the car to find the problem. Had to drop off the car a couple different times due to needing the car for work, and they always had it ready for me when they said they would. The service reps are helpful and informative. Love this place and will get my wife and my car serviced here for years to come.

Called and asked to get an oil change at 5 (they are open until 6) said their reconfirm would be wrapping up their work then. He recommended I cap a day in advanced to get work done. Don’t worry won’t be calling again.

My daughter’s Jeep Liberty starting acting up on a drive back from the Springs. She could not keep it running except at high rpm levels. Since she had a Jeep recall issue to take care of as well, she took it to a Jeep dealer to look at both issues.
They said the compression was gone in cylinder 6 and they had done what they could (at a cost of about $ 300). At this point she would need a whole new engine. Only alternative they claimed.
I called and talked to Brett. We towed the Jeep over to Eagle and they promptly diagnosed the issue and agreed there was no compression in #6. However, the issue was due to a broken valve spring. A new spring, new gasket, a couple of parts and some labor and she was back on the road good at a very reasonable cost. Much, much less than a whole new engine.

It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to be honest, give you good pricing and will let you know what really needs to be fixed. I found this at Eagle Automotive, if you need help or have a question, call David. He is pleasant, patient and will tell you how it is, he will walk through the vehicle and let you know what needs fixed, what can wait and what is an emergency. I have all my kids go here and he has never let us down!

We’ve been using Eagle Automotive for my Dodge Ram and our other vehicles for at least 10 years now. Everything from oil changes, transmission problems to performance issues.
We have always gotten great friendly customer service from Brett & Andrew and the others at the front desk as well as the mechanics/​techs in the shop.
They‘ve always been able to properly diagnose the problem with our vehicles and repair them in a timely and affordable manner.
Great service, great communication and very professional.

Update on 3÷23÷15: We received a call from Fred. He found a discrepancy in his part database and he credited the difference for the part– spark plug coil. Thank you. The issue was resolved and much appreciated!
Original review: As a first time customer I was very disappointed by Eagle. When I got my invoice the technician didn’t really go over the car and a week later my brake line broke. Also, I found out from a another auto garage that the part cost 84 and Eagle charged me double– 168. We called Eagle but they claimed they couldn’t fully check the brake line… and since they offer a four warranty that was their reasoning to double cost of the part.

Took my car here for an oil change. Happy I did. There are a lot of oil change places in this immediate vicinity and I’m glad I chose Eagle. They were knowledgable, fair and fast. Thanks!

David was very helpful in providing me with trustworthy evaluations of my vehicle’s needs and did not pressure me into anything. The work I approved was done in the timeframe communicated to me upon making my appointment and I was given a loaner car for the day free of charge! I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle back here.

Incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and courteous staff. Brett was able to get my jeep in for service the day I called, and being a Jeep guy himself, he was able to diagnose and correct my front end issues in minutes. I highly recommend these guys, not just for work on custom Jeeps/4×4’s but for all vehicle work. I will be taking my wife’s Mercury Mariner here for service from here on out. Honest, qualified mechanics are hard to come by, these guys are all that and more! Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Eagle Automotive for my 3 cars over the last 1.5 years. I always get great service from David and Andrew at the front desk. They are prompt and give full attention to my needs when I come in every time. The repairs are always quick and accurate. They have fixed the problems with 2 of my cars that the other guys in Littleton couldn’t figure out! That’s why I originally came to Eagle Automotive because I was very frustrated with a repair shop that I had been using for 2+ years, who couldn’t figure out an ongoing problem with my Expedition. Eagle Automotive figured it out in one try.
They can fix the small and the complicated repairs, even the electrical which is usually very hard and you think you have to go to the Dealer for it. They send out email reminders for your maintenance on your specific car which I like. They are always coming up with new innovative services and have good pricing to keep you coming back!

We’d been in the market for a trustworthy mechanic after our BMW went out of warranty. Schomp was a disaster, of course, and crooked too. They were coolly corrupt with us the instant our car went out of warranty and I hope never to deal with them again.
Then we tried Dakota Ridge up on Bowles just east of Wal Mart and they were ok at first but after I had a rollover incident that trashed my oil pan and transmission pan, their staff (TJ in particular) disagreed with the findings of the insurance adjuster and he just went NUTS and told us to remove our car immediately or be towed. So yes, avoid them. (Incidentally, the next place we took the car to for this repair corroborated the findings of the insurance adjuster and we got the repairs done with them, but they’re out in Evergreen and it’s not practical for ongoing use).
So we turned to Eagle. We’ve been with them for, oh, maybe a year now and I’m finally going to Unilocal for them because they’ve been consistently good for all that time. I think I’ve had to go to them about 5 times in all for both repairs and routine maintenance. I usually work with David but the other guy at the front desk is good too. Very professional and polite. We never feel ripped-​off or taken advantage of. They seem very trustworthy.
The waiting area is well-​equipped with stuff to eat and drink, and I think they have a computer for customers to use. There’s a good-​sized play area for children.
Only complaint is that they’re not open on Saturdays.
