Domino’s Pizza

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. my quote was 20 – 30 minutes… its been 45 and they are still «firing it up». When I called (after being on hold 10 minutes) a girl name Megan said they are trying and my pizza will be delivered in another 20 minutes. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told that they were unavailable… STILL WAITING ON MY PIZZA!!! Never again will I order from this one. There are many more pizza places in the area… unacceptable customer service.

Their online ordering is so easy and well executed. The tracking system that lets me know when to expect my pizza is really great. My only gripe with Dominos is that their menu is a little sparse when compared to other delivery places.

We’ve alway been Pizza Hut people for a quick delivery pizza but I must say that my opinion of Domino’s has changed for the better. If you haven’t tried their pizza in a couple years you must give them a try. They changed their recipe based on customer feedback about bland taste and hired top chefs to consult. The new pizza used a flavorful mix of top cheeses, spices, garlic and it is bursting with flavor.
I ordered pizza and wings tonight and was disappointed that the two sides of blue cheese were missing from our order. I made a comment to that effect on the same screen that I ordered on (which, by the way, has a cool widget that shows a pizza man prepping, baking and then delivering your pizza so the kids can watch and wait in anticipation). I wasn’t expecting a reply but within 2 minutes I received a call from Jessica at the Ken Caryl store saying she was sorry they didn’t meet my expectations tonight. She was sincere and even offered a complimentary credit to my account. I was truly impressed at their customer service and immediate response!!! I’ll be a loyal future customer because of it.
