They never return your calls or e-=mails. They double bill you for chemicals. Do not trust them. I would not advise anyone to use them. They used too be good, but they have gone down hill. Really too bad, because some of the staff are nice and trustful.

We were having problems with our pool heater. The original pool service couldn’t figure it out. Another local pool and spa service figured it needed a replacement part (they were right) but never got it for us, despite a month of our phone calls and reminders, saying that it was out of stock with the distributor. Called Mike at Clean and Clear, and he was out with the part the same day. The heater was on its last legs, but he nursed it along for two more years before we finally sprung for a replacement. Use them for opening and closing, and the staff knows what they are doing.
