He’s very rude at this place, the owner John. They don’t even get one star in my opinion. He doesn’t need to run a business if he’s not socially acceptable. He needs to learn good habits of successful business owners.

Brought in a down Patagonia jacket in April 2015 for cleaning, picked up the jacket in May 2015 to store for the spring/summer. Just put the jacket on today as it was the first cold/snow day of the season. The jacket was ruined because of the dry-cleaning; all of the feathers collected at the ends/bottom of the jacket(gravity played a part in that). Took the jacket into the store to discuss options for repair/replacement and was cursed out over the phone by the owner John Song. Without seeing the jacket immediately he told me that it was a manufactures defect and started cursing me, then abruptly hung up on me. When I asked Esther the attendant in the store that I wanted resolution she told me to call him on my own phone. After cursing me yet a second time he told me that they didn’t ruin the jacket and I should have taken the jacket out of the plastic and inspected the jacket before leaving the store in May. I asked him that if I had inspected the jacket when I picked it up in the May what we have done… He then contradicted himself by saying they are not responsible for the damage and they only clean there. He then told me to f*%k off and to get the f*%k out of his store; after just a conversation! BEWARE! I found out through Esther, the attendant at the store that they changed ownership back in the April/May 2015. This is not the same cleaners as before! The new owners are not responsible or accountable, they are just RUDE. BUYERBEWARE!
