Got the best customer service I’ve had at a department store in years! Jim the manager and another lady (didn’t get her name) who also seems to be a manager were both extremely helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for!

I have never been to Burlington Coat Factory before and just had the worst experience. Two weeks ago when I was there for my first time I bought my daughter three outfits. One of them ripped at the seem right away and I returned it for another one. That one rift as well the next day. The other outfit shrunk 6 inches. The manager gave me an awful time returning it. Even though they said they would keep my receipt stored under my phone number, they did not. They made me go fishing through racks and racks of clothes to try to find the equivalent with two small kids. they refused to give me my money back even though everything I bought there fell apart. I will never be going back to the store again.

A week of grueling sub-​zero temperatures in Colorado and I needed a decent winter coat STAT. We found the perfect one for a really good price here. This location had a much better selection than the one at Colorado Mills (our first stop). Plus we signed up for their e-​mail coupons online and got to take 20% off the purchase at the register instantly.
Got home and noticed a small tear inside the sleeve. Drove back to exchange it but they had only one other left in my size and the stitching along the seams was unraveling so I decided to keep the one I had (nothing a needle and thread can’t fix). They knocked off another 10% due to the condition. Got an amazing winter coat for about $ 42! By comparison you would pay $ 150-​$ 200 for a comparable quality jacket at other retailers like Sports Authority. I definitely recommend making this your FIRST and LAST stop when searching for a coat.

My love of Burlington is a newly blossoming one. Can you say clearance heaven!!? I’m talking rows and rows of clearance. I didn’t really step foot inside a Burlington until I moved to Texas. If I didn’t happen to be on vacation visiting home and let myself, I could have spent a lot of money here. I didn’t really look at their items for the home at this location. I would look forward to coming back and taking a peek at their merchandise again. The only negative thing I could say is that it seemed really dark in there, and the dressing room isn’t very appealing if you are feeling modest.

I went to Burlington looking for clothes to wear to work. I found a blouse and pants. There is alot of merchandise here. It is alot like a rundown T. J Maxx, however the prices are the same. They do have more coats and shoes. This location has been here forever, since I was a kid.
When I went there today the place was a bit messy and unorganized. I went to the dressing room and there were bras and other clothes on the ground. If they would hire someone to just organize and pick up the place it would get another star.
