This is not for this specific store, it is for the web site. I ordered two $ 50 e-gift cards to be sent to two separate clients on 10/6, and said they would be emailed within hours. Nothing was received. On 10÷19÷15 called Corporate office and got a reference # that said I would be refunded within 7 days. Ten more days — called 10/29, and was told these could NOT be refunded, and they would show up soon. After I took a gift to one of the clients, the gift cards will STILL be sent. AMAZING. BTW, before you buy anything on-line, be sure they have a phone number. The only way to contact them is thru live chat, unless you Google the customer service number. Be careful when ordering through them! No Stars means awful service, but guess we have to mark one star to post the review.

What a great store! I love Babies R Us return policy, especially for registry items(1 year!), and even more, I love the team at this location. They are amazing. The management and staff are so helpful, they truly go above and beyond, and they always try to help you get the best deal possible– freebies and all. I can’t say enough positive things about this store.

I used to shop at the Westminster location when my daughter was a newborn, and it was always such a bad experience. I stopped shopping there. Rude, unhelpful staff. We just moved to the south area of town and I visited this location. This was the best Babies R Us experience! Several staff approached me here to make sure I was finding what I needed. They were knowledgeable and walked me to the location where items were that I needed. Super helpful! I bought a table and chair set for my daughter during the trip and unfortunately it had some damage when we opened it. It was the last one though, so we decided to keep it. I will shop this store again due to the experience with their staff!

The staff is always very nice here. Luckily we live close to this store. I have been to other locations where the staff is standoffish. In general, the staff has always been helpful. We have bought all of our baby furniture here and had our registry with no issues. If you have a problem they are usually willing to work with you. I give it 4 stars because of the Babies R Us coupon policies. They are very picky about coupons and you have read the fine print.

I’ve never really liked these stores but this one is even more terrible. Rude unhelpful staff and that’s if you can even find someone and these stores are way over priced. They send out coupons that you can’t even use for literally everything in the store(read the fine print). This place is just terrible and ridiculous. Go to target or Walmart. Believe me you will be much happier an save a ton of money for the same exact thing.

I can’t put my finger on exactly what it is about Babies R US stores but I just don’t like them. The size alone is overwhelming, I have years and years of experience with buying baby stuff but I have never been a fan. I can’t imagine coming in here if I was a first time mommy with NO clue on what I need. The staff here was helpful, they were able to assist in getting some registry items I needed that were in excess stock at the top of the shelves. That was probably the highlight of our experience. There are plenty of other places to go buy needed baby items. I think I’ll stick with those places.

This isn’t a review of this particular location, so to speak, but more the BRU chain. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s clean and the cashiers seem competent enough. My comments are more on the chain as a whole. I don’t know why anyone is shopping here. Their regular prices are always more than what I find online or at other stores. When they have those 20% off coupons, they exclude a lot of items that it might actually be useful for. And then when you can actually use the coupon, it’s not really like you’re getting a great price, it’s just that you’re getting the price that you could get online or somewhere else – without a coupon. The only times I go here– 1)When I want to research an item that I plan on buying online and I want to see it in person first. 2)Every 5 months or so, with some kind of vague hope that I’ll see a good sale. It never happens.

Not sure what to say about this place. As I do not have any children, this is a store that I rarely frequent. My latest visit was one that occurs once every 1 – 2 years where a friend is expecting a baby and I do my duty and go to a Babies R Us and buy a gift off the registry. The baby registry kiosks are set up upon entrance to the store, so they are easy to find. You enter the mother’s name(first & last) and enter the state and the registry appears. You have the option of printing out and from there you can go shopping! The registry listing is very helpful as it lists the items requested by department/store area and the aisle # for the each area and item. It made it easy for me to locate the items I was searching for and quickly find them and then go to pay. It made my foray into baby shopping quick and painless and for that I’m thankful.

Well I have always liked Babies R Us in the past even though their coupons are ridiculous. They give you a 20% off any one item coupon, but when you read the fine print you realize that almost everything in the store is excluded from the coupon such as diapers, wipes, food, toys, etc! On to the bad experience. My wife and I took our baby in to buy a ton of baby food because we had a coupon for earths best baby food in the squeeze package at $ 15 for 15 packets. We grabbed as many as would fit in the basket because of the great deal. When we got to checkout, the computer didn’t register the coupon. Then the girl says, «well it’s because you mixed them so it won’t work». I pointed back at the coupon where it said, «All Earths Best Baby Food». She then proceeded to walk away to go back to the isle and get the sign. She was gone for over 10 mins. We sat there wondering what in the world she was doing until we finally saw her talking to another member. She had brought the sign back to us, and laughably even though it said right on it that they were all on sale, she stated that it was only above one flavor so the coupon doesn’t work. I politely told her she must be joking because the coupon says all food and even shows pictures of different foods. She said she could get the manager if we wanted. By this time my wife was over it and said forget it. The cashier then went through EACH packet and scanned it saying each one had to be deleted. Wow, so we sat at the counter for roughly 20 mins. I was gentle with her as I could tell life hadn’t treated her well, but thanks to your terrible employees neither my wife, myself, or my friends will ever be going back to Babies R Us. To add insult to injury, after we paid the cashier handed us a new coupon with the exact same offer right on the front of it! Haha, what a joke. Go to Walmart for baby food, it’s much cheaper there.

i completely agree with the other review of this store and for that matter think it does a great job of summing up the entire chain. however, i think this is only a Babies R Us now. there are NO deals here, i’ve found the exact same products at other retailers for less. in some cases, a lot less. i think they bank on the hope that you’ll think they are the«one stop shop» for everything. i spent 3 hours in this particular location trying to order two cribs. yes, 3 hours. i can’t even get into the drama over this or my blood pressure will sky rocket, but by the time i was 1.5 hours in, i wasn’t ready to go somewhere else and start over, so i stuck it out. the long and short of it: 1. just because they have it in «inventory» doesn’t mean it exists in their store 2. they offer no service to transfer an item from one store to another, even if you prepay for it 3. they are more than willing to charge you shipping on something that is being offered with free shipping thru their online site 4. they will take an online order for items they say they have in stock, and then will cancel your order with no explanation 5. when they tell you your merchandise will be delivered in 10 – 14 days, expect it will be longer with no notice or heads up, even when you spent over $ 1000 on your purchase 6. oh, and their rewards program is a complete joke

Most people seem to love this store, i however, think it is a major drive out of the Metro area for a whole lot of lackluster. This particular location is pretty terrible as it is now a combination store with a Toys R Us. Good for the basics, you won’t find anything special or clever here. My advice is to order the basics(cribs, changing table, etc) from Amazon — better variety and(usually) free shipping. This store will probably ruin your day so I suggest you avoid it.
