Called this business based on rave reviews on this site and others. My boiler was leaking water. John said he would be at my house by 10 am the next morning. Didn’t show up but called three hours later and said he would be at my house by 2:30. I expressed concern because it was a Friday and I was worried that if he didn’t show up, I would have a difficult time finding someone over the weekend. He assured me he would absolutely be here. At 5:00 pm when he hadn’t shown up and hadn’t called, I gave up. Luckily, I was able to get someone else to take a look at it and repair it. Don’t understand the great reviews

John and Atlas heating are a rare throw back to a time when service vendors were honest and cared about their customers. We got home from a vacation to find our heater out at 6 pm on a Saturday night. With temps dropping below 30 degrees we needed good help fast. John kindly spent over 2 hours on the phone troubleshooting and fixing our furnace never once getting frustrated at how green I am with furnace tech. John has a customer for life! I would refer this company out to all my friends and family!
