This place is amazing! They have great customer service and really know what they are talking about. I bought a package and they told me the best way to use the beds and the best way to rotate them so I get the dark tan I want. The lotions are great as well. They will also give you advice on the best way to rotate those as well. They do try to sell them to you, but I have never had anyone nag me about buying more or a different type. I will go out of my way to go to this particular location because it is so great. Highly recommended!

I LOVE this place! The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and organized. They have great products! The Designer Skin Color Perfecting Primer product is not only great for a pre-spray tan treatment, but I’ve found that it’s awesome to layer under your UV bed lotion! It enhances your tan! Plus it smells amazing! I get the best spray tan I’ve ever had here & you don’t leave smelling nasty, or looking orange. They have very reasonable membership prices, and great sales! Highly recommended! I just wish they had more in other cities around the U.S.

Just to update my last review regarding the customer service at this location and the product quality. I went in this morning for a spray tan(Versa) and arrived at 8:16 am and was leaving by 8:31, total of 15 minutes. My tan after the last visit looked really natural the product is great and the price can’t be beat. I have tried other spray tans, including the having a person do an airbrush and I really like this just as much, actually better because of the convenience and the outcome meets my needs(I am not doing bathing suit modeling that requires special spraying to emphasize muscle or anything). This will most certainly be my local spot for a tan!

Terrible customer service. I’m a returning customer from another location and brought my boyfriend in to try a free Versa while I tanned. When I came out, he had been charged $ 40, as the clerk lied and said the free Versa deal did not apply. I showed the clerk the online deal AND had called the night before to see if a printed coupon was required, I was told no problem… no coupon or reservation needed. My boyfriend is still trying to resolve the issue… over a $ 40 mistake on their part. Rather than trying to resolve a bad experience with a new customer, the store says they«watched the tapes» and we’re lying. Now I will never return and neither will he. Very unfortunate. Please do not support this location!
