Love this location, all the staff is friendly and seem to know their stuff when it comes to tanning beds! Its never too crowded and I rarely have to wait for a bed. The membership is not very expensive and very worth it! I have been to other locations, and they do not match this location on Kipling. Love it!

This At The Beach location did an outstanding job helping me with a tanning membership! The store manager and his sales assistant were both happy, knowledgeable, patient yet eager to help find a membership that would best suit my tanning needs. I’m thrilled to be a new At The Beach member, I’ve already recommended this store to some friends and will continue to do so! Your smiling faces put a smile on mine!

Terrible service. Clients sent to dirty beds while trying to make a sale of every lotion on the shelf. Rude«manager» that can do whatever she wants including smart mouth talking to potential buying customer. I won’t ever buy from them again. Too much stress for what should be enjoyable.

I recently signed up to tan for a couple months for an upcomming trip to Cabo. Due to the hurricane and damage in that area we had to cancel our trip so I cancelled my membership after one month of tanning. The employees were friendly but insisted on selling me products when I’d come in but were not pushy when I said no. However — my complaint — when I cancelled my membership I was still charged the following month for a month of tanning *after * I cancelled. I was told that my account needed to be drafted once before cancelling which it was for the initial signup so really they needed to say it neded to be drafted 2 times — they did not. I’m very disapointed that under the cirsumstances of having to cancel a trip for my 30th anniversary that they would refund my $ 87.95. I guess they don’t want my repeat business or that of my friend & family. I will go back to Tan Time where this would not have happened. I only chose to go to At the Beach because I passed it on my way home from work but the convenience wasn’t worth the stop. Tan Time on Bowles & Wadsworth in Littleton is the place to go! They will have my repeat business going forward.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Tawni is the manager and hallways has a great attitude with a welcoming smile. Never too pushy with products but very informative and educated. I live closer to another location but go out of my way to this one because the service is great!

FRAUDALERT! At The Beach Tanning will make UNAUTHORIZEDCHARGESTOYOURBANKACCOUNT. If you sign a contract with them they will continue to withdraw money from your checking account after you cancel your package with them. They are CROOKS. They make it almost impossible to cancel their tanning packages. Their store employees will give you instructions on cancellation procedures but they are different from the instructions their corporate offices will tell you to follow. By the time you have made multiple phone calls and visits to their store and corporate office trying to cancel your package they will have charged three months of non-refundable membership fees to your bank account. When you try to get those refunded they will accuse you of not taking responsibility for your actions and not reading your contract. Bottom line: They will rip you off. Be careful!

At the Beach is really into the hard-sell on their products, and will push you to upgrade to ridiculous levels and prices on everything from type of membership, tanning bed style, lotions, etc. Distressingly, they use deceptive ads and coupons that claim«No Contract, No Commitment». If signing an agreement, with your birthdate, address, credit card information, and then paying a membership fee, all on top of the fee itself, sounds like«No Commitment» then you are blessedly tone-deaf!

So I needed a spray tan for a big party. Heard about versa yada yada yada. Found this place and an online coupon for a free session. Then on my way I read negative reviews about pushy, contracts, etc. I was hesitant but went anyway. I told the gal I read about the contracts required to use the free coupon and said I wasn’t interested. If so then I’ll just pay. You could tell she was disappointed but… I got my free spray tan! I would definitely go back just because I got zero hassle and the facility/equipment was very nice. Kudos! Abby

Stay away from this place. I will never sign a contract with this company again. My wife and I went in to tan for a couple weeks before a trip and the girl sold us a monthly contract where we filled out the cancellation form at the same time to prevent being charged a second month. «It was cheaper that way.» Somehow the cancellation form never got input in their computer, they claim they shred the forms, and of course customer service refused to refund the charges. I told them I’d never do business with them again and they could care less.

Stay away from at the beach tanning salons. Their employees lie about contracts, they will do anything just to get you singed up. Their customer service/corporate never calls back. Very pushy about renewing contracts, and don’t even want to cancel once its up.
