This Arby’s used to have great service but in the last year has gone down hill. It takes over 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru, and the last two visits they were out of cheese sauce and one time after waiting 20 minutes to get to the pay window in drive thru I was told that the meat slicer was broke and they couldn’t make my order. No apologies no coupons or other suggestions of what they could make me instead of the roast beef sandwich. This location has also closed at 8:30 several times when they are supposed to be open until 10. You would be better off going to the deli getting your own roast beef and make your own sandwich!

My Wife and I were initially denied service, then the manager stepped in to take our order after the other guy walked away after we asked him for curly fries if the fries are hot ! No kidding … I asked the manager what happened? He said the other guy is not feeling well. Nothing can make you feel better about eating at Arbys than having the manager tell you the order taker is not feeling well… Right?

I regularly go through the drive thru here and they are always super nice and up beat even though it is usually near closing times. My order has never been wrong. Pretty impressive for a fast food place in my opinion…
