Two Men and a Truck

If I could give negative «stars» to this company, I would. The workers who actually PERFORMED the work were very good. The people on the levels above that were sheisters, rip-​off artists, cons. They start by looking at your home and items and giving you a low-​ball estimate or a one truck estimate. Or, they tell you you are close to needing 2 trucks (knowing FULL WELL that you will need 2 trucks.) This was my case. I had a 3100 square foot home. Definitely 2 trucks! They can’t seem to give you a firm price for how much the truck will be, stating that it depends on the weight and that they use a difficult algorithm to determine the price. AT THIS POINT RUN AWAY!!! I was a single woman moving. They ended up threatening me, belittling me and verbally abusing me. I cannot express how much regret I have for using them to move me. They also used a truck that leaked water onto some of my furniture. Luckily, I had mattress covers from u-​haul and the mattresses were saved. A chair got wet, however. I realize this is a franchise and Two men and a Truck is different everywhere. STAY CLEAR OF THE RIP OFF ARTISTS IN LITTLE ROCK. I’m still traumatized.

They were *supposed* to move our office furniture into a pod this morning. Guess what? We are still sitting here waiting for another company. Two Men completely screwed up our reservation, then tried to gouge us for the «purchase» of pads (not previously mentioned). When we said this was ridiculous — the manager pulled his crew. I guess they don’t want to be in business.

I moved into the same apartment complex into a smaller unit on 7÷24÷14. The original estimate was maximum 5 hours. The moving took 6 hours and 25 minutes. I never seen anybody move so slowly. First four hours was a joke. I hired three people, but I barely saw all three of them work at the same time. It took more than 2 hours to take apart furniture because they did not have the right tools. For example, instead of using power tools everything was done by hand. Please give me a break. Since your company charges by the hour, I expect your crew to work efficiently. I will not recommend your company. Your company is very unprofessional and I will not use it again. They also asked for tips in addition to the hourly charge.
