Beautiful location. love the building. Smoothies are amazing and not expensive, especially if you take advantage of the 7 – 9 am happy hour with 25% off. Staff is super professional, helpful and friendly.
I’ve had lunch there a few times and was never disappointed. I especially recommend the Jamaican Jerk wrap.
Smoothies are made fresh while you wait, but really quickly. Plenty of healthy add ins and substitutions for you to tweak it like you want. Love this place.

Without question the best place in Little Rock for cheap, healthy food and tasty customizable smoothies. When I lived there, this was my go-​to restaurant any time I needed a boost quick, fast and in a hurry — and they never failed to accommodate.

What’s not to love?! Very cool location. Perfect spot to meet a friend and catch up. I’ve not had anything to eat or drink that I didn’t love – I’m talking «craveable» love. Plus, they have a really friendly staff which is always important to me.
My all time favorite is the Bahama Mama smoothie with no white chocolate, add banana. The chocolate makes the smoothie a little gritty, and it’s just not creamy enough without banana. Give it a try!

Very good smoothies. And the flatbreads are good too. I’m just curious as to why in the ever loving heck there are swasticas ALL over in the floor tile pattern???

so i just discovered the world of smoothies. i am not known for eating healthy food, but my wife made me a smoothie one day and i thought it was amazing. so when i found out that the tropical smoothie downtown had ½ off all smoothies weekdays from 3 – 5, i figured i’d try one. holy balls they are yummy! i’ve been 5 times in past 2 weeks and absolutely love them. so far my favorite two are the health nut with whey and the triple berry oat.
actually tried some of the food today and it was quite yummy (jamaican jerk chicken wrap).
this is much better than going to mcdonald’s every day. i feel better. yes, it’s more expensive, but the happy hour discount makes it acceptable.
my body is pleasantly surprised with this new concept called FRUIT.
watch for me in like 2 years. i’ll be in commercials for how i lost 50lbs replacing mcdonald’s with smoothies. i’ll go hang out with jared from subway and we can get wasted together. sweet.
oh yeah, in the downtown location, it’s in this kick ass old building. if you walk through the lobby of tropical smoothie, there is a really cool courtyard/​atrium area with tables for you to eat or drink your smoothie. super super cool. reminds me of the courtyard behind my old apartment when i lived in a little village in italy. tile roof, fountain, iron furniture. very cool.

Great lunch option in downtown Little Rock. The courtyard patio is excellent and so are the wraps and smoothies!
