Such a great apartment complex in a A+ location! I have a good friend who lives here and the management team went above and beyond to help them get a renovated apartment at a great rate! The management team has made themselves super available and the addition of security staff has really added to the peaceful, family friendly environment!

Fantastic living area! Near great locations for easy access and living essentials, such as the Chenal Promenade, Kroger, and many restaurants. It also has an amazing staff that is willing to help in any way they can– and always with a smile on their face!

Hot Springs, AR

In the year I have visited family here it’s improved a lot. New landscaping, remodeled apartments. Real improvements. Stainless appliances, divided bathrooms, washer and dryer in the apartment! Great layouts for families and singles, too. Security is on property. Some residents have not taken care of or respected the place, and that is changing. It should. Transition is hard, but worth every penny. If I worked in west Little Rock, I’d consider this place because is close to everything, and easy to get anywhere.
