I signed up online to take one of their workshops, but when I arrived I was told that they rarely happen? There is even a large sign on the entrance detailing the weekly workshops (included the one I signed up for). The staff was frustrated and generally unhelpful.
Update: Unfortunately for me I’m in the process of renovating my house and this Home Depot is the closest one. Today (11−01−15) I returned some unopened tile that I bought yesterday and the returns cashier (Brenda) would not refund the money to my card even though I had a receipt. She issued me a store credit for the amount and told me that she didn’t know why she couldn’t put it back on my card, saying «I’m just the cashier, I just do what the register says.»

Don’t go to these people. Especially not for flooring. Worst service I have ever recieved. You can’t ever get them on the phone, they flat out lie to you, and are just overwhelmingly difficult to deal with. Take my suggestion and take your business somewhere else.

It’s a Home Depot. The company is well established so there’s no need to go on about all of Home Depot or how handy the iPhone app is in the store, (the app will tell you exactly where an item is on the aisle.) but I can say I was in a Home Depot in Dallas this last weekend and it made me realize how great this one in little rock is. Here Everything is clean and properly organized. I can walk right up to where a item is s’pose to be and it seems like it’s always there. It’s perfect. The poor store in Dallas was not so nice. It was like an Easter egg Hunt to find several items in the electrical dept.
I live right around the corner and I like to think I’m handy, so I’m in the store often looking for bits and pieces for my latest project. Every one I’ve ever spoken with has been great and very willing to help. It’s a great atmosphere.

I was happy to find Home Depot had the 10−32×3÷8 hardware I really needed for my project! Looked all over creation and this was the only place to carry it. Appreciate the military discount; nice to know the corporation thinks about us!

Don Klein was very helpful when I purchased a washing machine and dryer. He was patient while I tried to figure out a delivery date, walked me up to the front desk to make sure I got the discount at the counter that he couldn’t access back in the department, carried my big flowery plant while we walked up there and shook my hand after my purchase was complete.
