Rainey Realty has been managing our property for a year now. With their help we were able to get a renter within 4 – 6 weeks. The have handled all requested maintenance promptly and with a fair price. The first year has went well, and our renters have decided to stay. So that’s a good sign. Very good property management company to do business with. They have been managing my property for 7 months now, and I have been very impressed with them. They always contact me before they do a repair, and they have always had great recommendation on who to go with to fix the repairs. They send pictures of your property periodically to let you see how it is be maintained by the tenants. Speaking from a property owner, I would advise others to use this company to manage your property.
