I won a package for $ 350 bridal portrait session with a 11×14 signature portrait at the Weddings In Arkansas, The Bridal Party in Feb 2014. They asked everyone who entered to enter to win a door prize regardless of whether or not I was engaged. So I did! I was there with a friend. I won this prize. Melisa was there at the event and I asked if she would take some non bridal photos for me and and she was very rude in explaining to me that she would not. I called later to inquire again and the girl who answered the phone took a very detailed message and Melisa never returned my call. I real photographer would have been able to take more than bridals. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t use her or recommend her to a bride based on the way I was treated. Don’t give away things you won’t honor!
