I’ve been here maybe three times and it’s been good each time that I can remember. Tonight my party of three visited and had a pretty decent experience. They were pretty busy but we only waited a few minutes to be seated. My boyfriend and I had the Chang’s 4 course dinner for two, we added an appetizer of chicken lettuce wraps and his son ordered the chili garlic chicken(which he said was excellent and very spicy). Each of our courses came out piping hot. If I had to complain, it would be that the dessert that comes with the dinner for two is tiny… but we were so full it didn’t matter. Another complaint is that the music was a little loud… I felt like I was at a club. I’ve had more authentic Chinese food before… P.F.Chang’s feels a little commercialized, but still tasty, and we would definitely go back.

This is our 2nd time here. We are impressed so far. The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is great. I recommend the quinoa and kale dip for an appetizer.

Beautiful restaurant. Wonderful margarita. Can’t wait for the appetizer to arrive. Upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff. The waiter was pretty cool as well. My general impression was one of professionalism and happiness. They definitely took into account my request of wanting to sit in an area and read quietly and I really appreciated that. The wontons have arrived and they are wonderful. Perfectly crisp, great presentation, and a wonderful sweet chili sauce. A nice touch is the candle at the table. The food arrived very very quickly. The brown rice and the honey seared shrimp are fabulous. I’m so glad that I chose to come and eat here tonight. The restaurant is a bit pricey but that’s Okay. I would come back here again and again I love the food here. I

Couldnt tell you what the food is like or the service. Turned around and walked out with my family of 5 after seeing the sign forbidding concealed carry inside their restraunt. Wont ever get my business.

To be honest, my friend and I were in town for work and hit this place 2 of the 4 nights. Why? Because the first night was a 5 star experience… but what about the second you’re thinking? Well… let’s say 1 or 2 stars… so, they get an average of 3. The word for this place is inconsistent… first night the drinks were great and the food was great… service was perfection! She managed to keep us drinking from 4pm till closing… yeah, I know. Second experience I go to be seated and they take to a table in the bar area, I look behind the pillar and see a family with a child under a year old? Why on earth would you put this baby in the bar area with people seated to enjoy happy hour? I asked for a different table. Took time for a waiter to show up and I make a mistake of asking for a hot toddy… takes 15 min for him to come back and ask me what kind of whiskey? Really? I switch to something else after and my friend shows up. I order cold items(sushi) and it comes on a hot ass plate. One items comes without the other… then I order sake… never shows. I say«I ordered sake didn’t I?» he says«It didn’t come?» I said«do you see it here at the damn table?» So, long story short… the second visit didn’t go well at all. We didn’t drink as much, didn’t eat as much and didn’t stay as long… not good business. Looking at other reviews it’s high stars, 1 star, high stars, 1 star… which hammers my point home. Someone in management needs to figure out how to get this place consistent…

Horrible experience at dinner for a special occasion. Two of our party received their food only after complaining to the manager. The waiter, Patrick was great but the manager refused to come out until the food was ready. When she brought it out, she had a very bad attitude. The food she ‘rushed’ was very overdone(salmon and a lobster roll!) Very bad experience!

My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day, no reservations, so we thought it would be a rushed meal, but I’m happy to say it was really great. Our waitress was attentive and helpful(Ashley). The food was on point. It was served quickly, and definitely hit the spot for our Chinese food craving. The drinks we ordered from the bar were good too. I had a lemon drop martini. All in all, it was a lovely night out.

45 minutes for a pick up order? Really? 4 stars for food, 1 star for pick up. All I wanted was a rock shrimp(dynamite shrimp) to go and was told in no uncertain terms at 4:45 that it would be 45 minutes. For a chain PFC rocks, but the Little Rock location better step up there game for me to be back for a pick up order. 2nd strike LRPFC, you’ve got one more chance.

Had the new pineapple pork off the menu insert. Great flavor and as always the fried rice was great. One of my favorite places to eat in Little Rock.

My spicy chicken was the correct level of spicyness. Our waiter SPENCER single handedly waited on sixteen high maintenance women without any errors and with the best attitude. The food was good. Expensive for Chinese food but delicious and worth it.

I thought our service was excellent, we did not wait long at all. The food, though it is a chain, was quite good. They prepared it well– we had seemingly everything on the menu: Honey chicken, orange chicken, sesame chicken, Chang’s spicy chicken, Dan Dan noodles, dumplings, and some of their seasonal items. Everything tasted great, the only problem is the portion does not really match the price. I understand it is a higher-class Asian restaurant with better quality food, but for $ 15 – 20 pp it is difficult to justify going here when you can receive 80% as good of quality for 40% of the price at a to-go Chinese restaurant. Yes, I think it is a fair comparison since they are serving practically the same dishes. The main difference will be the white meat used here compared to darker meat at a takeout place.

Visited Monday night and sat at the bar. Poor service from the start. Had to keep asking for things which got really annoying and they were not that busy. Ordered a martini and was not asked if I wanted a garnish. Once delivered, then had to ask for a couple olives which took a few minutes to be delivered even though I was sitting at the bar. Ordered a couple appetizers. The lettuce wraps were delivered timely. The bartender did not provide any of the sauces they typically make at the table. I also ordered spicy tuna roll, which took some time to arrive… I almost cancelled this and wish I would have It was not good and when the bartender asked how it was he let me know that yhey just added sushi to their menu and the kitchen was«still working it out». It would have been nice to know this before I ordered. Overall, a BAD experience!

Always a favorite of mine. I really enjoy the food, atmosphere, and service. You’ll never be disappointed with lunch or dinner, because PF Chang’s seems to get it right every time.

The Crispy Honey Shrimp is delicious. The cheesecake is also great but it’s very small so don’t try to share it. The atmosphere is romantic so it’s a great place for date night. Not very kid friendly though and I bit pricey.

I have ate here about 3 times now. It’s a nice date nite atmosphere but a little on the pricey side. The only thing I found that I like is the crispy honey shrimp with white rice. The cheesecake is awesome but skinny and small. Unfortunately the rice is what I don’t much care for, u get brown or white rice neither are a tasty option. Just know whatever u choose to go on your blah rice is what’s gonna make or brake your trip.

Meh, I was the only Asian in the whole building, but what do I expect. If you want some Americanized Chinese food, I would come here. Staff was great. The attention I got from the wait staff is what I would expect from a nice dine-in restaurant. I had their mapu tofu dish which I asked to be cooked spicy. I ordered the dish with brown rice. I also ordered a cocktail which was a play on my favorite Long Island Ice Tea. It was made strong! The meal was surprisingly tasty. All in all the experience was nice. If you want a classy, Americanized, Chinese experience. I’d recommend this place. Food is a bit more expensive then authentic Chinese restaurant, but for the customer service and the classiness of the restaurant, I guess it was worth it.

I had not been for awhile and really wanted the lemon chicken and they did not disappoint me, it was yummy. The 1 complaint I do have is I got the salad instead of soup, big mistake the salad is nothing, it’s like a these greens with very little dressing, not sure what dressing they put on the salad but the big pile of greens with nothing else needs more, yuck

PF Chang’s is an Asian-style TGI Fridays. If you like the reliability of big chain food restaurants, this could be the place for you. Yes, there are better locations, but on the Little Rock restaurant isn’t too bad. We dined with another couple and all of us ordered the 2 for $ 39 special. The Good: All the courses were received and removed promptly, which was the one compliment for our waiter. The house didn’t seem to mind that we stayed at the table talking much longer than our meal lasted. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The lettuce wrap appetizer was a huge hit. And I particularly enjoyed my citrus beef. The Bad: According to our waiter«Everything’s great.» Seriously. When asked for an honest opinion he gave canned superlative reviews for every dish. *yawn* He messed up one of our diner’s drink order, because there is such a difference between white tea and white wine. And then there’s desert. PF Chang’s can make a decent entrée, but whether attempting cheesecake or chocolate mousse, their desert is a chilled pudding sludge. Skip it.

I’ve only been to P.F. Chang’s once before while I was visiting Colorado Springs and had actually enjoyed the food there. When I came to this location for a dinner a couple nights ago, however, I was pretty disappointed. A couple things I inquired about or attempted to order were not available. I ordered the ahi tuna crisps to start, and the crispy honey shrimp with white rice and sauteed asparagus. The ahi tuna crisps were pretty bland, and the shrimp dish was so vinegary I couldn’t taste the«honey» part of it at all. The asparagus was the best thing we ordered. Additionally, before ordering I asked the waiter whether the entrees were«family style»(I had only come here for lunch before so I wasn’t sure) and he said yes, but the entrees were very small, I was sharing with my husband and luckily since we were in a rush to catch a movie, we didn’t end up eating very much, but if we did have time to stay we would have had to order more things(I could have easily eaten the shrimp entrée all myself).

We decided to come here for dinner due to convenience and my friend’s choosing. We made reservations for 8p as they supposedly get super busy. We presented a few mins late for our reservation, and the hostess didn’t even acknowledge us upon check in. In fact, she didn’t say anything to us — just led us to a table for 4, where clearly my reservation stated for 2 and there was only 2 of us. Luckily, our server made up for the unhappy hostess. We opted for a beer and plum wine to start, and ordered the PF Chang’s for Two($ 40). We both got the egg drop soup, crab wontons, honey shrimp, orange peel shrimp, and 2 mini desserts. For some reason, the food tasted different. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m in the Midwest or what, but I just found the flavor bland and dissatisfying. Conversely, my friend loved the food. It’s Americanized Chinese food…
