One of my favorite places for lunch. I had to travel to LR quite a bit for business and this was a staple for a quick, healthy, and tasty lunch. All the sandwiches and soups are great and the homemade cookies are bomb! Personal favorite was the Turkey Swiss and Apple sandwich.

I was expecting big things. Two separate people said that it was a must do. Maybe bad day, but their online menu has no relationship to what they actually have available to serve. Sort of a big deal when no one was local to know the ins and outs of the menu. 4 to go orders and only 2 were correct. 3 had to be changed on the spot due to them being out of the soup of the day. Had to place them in store because was on hold for over 7 min with no background to indicate rush, understaffed, etc. just normal background noise of a phone laid on a counter with staff chatting about stuff. Sorry, won’t give them another chance being the price of a wrong order is pretty high and not all that friendly to eat in restaurant to ensure correct order.

Wow! Our lunch was wonderful! First time here and will definitely be back! Bread was amazing, soup was great and they give you a cookie for dessert. Highly recommend the BLT, Turkey Swiss and Apple sandwich and their bread is just fantastic.

Good but a little pricey for a sandwich especially for grill cheese

Old Mill has great lunch options. Everything is fresh, although it is a little on the pricey side for basic sandwiches and soup. You can choose from a variety of breads and toppings. We love the four cheese rotel bread. My husband loves the turkey apple swiss sandwich. Cookies and pastries are good, too. You can also purchase«bread of the month» cards that make great gifts. And you are almost guaranteed to find buy one, get one free coupons for Old Mill in the entertainment book each year.

My wife and I try to eat food that is not processed, with no preservatives, and no artificial junk that’s in 99% of the Western diet. We go to Old Mill weekly to get our bread, and it’s the simplest of ingredients, but so much better than store bought. You’ll spend twice as or more than a standard loaf, but it’s more than worth it for a small family. If you have 5 kids — it’s probably not financially feasible, but for most families, it’s worth it. The other fresh breads, bagels, cookies, etc. are fantastic. Try the cinnamon biscuit sometime. Unbelievable. Their lunch options are fantastic as well.
