Maumelle Park

We took our 3 kids on a 2 week road trip across the country in July and stayed here while passing through. This was easily one of the most beautiful campgrounds we visited! We only stayed a night but were able to plug in and cool off, cook dinner, take a walk down by the river, let the kids play in the grass with a friendly cat (?) and just enjoy being outdoors. We were on a small loop all by ourselves so it was very quiet. Site was only water and electric hook-​up, but they let you dump grey water in the grass/​woods if you have a hose. There are also several dump stations that we saw. Easy in, easy out with a pull through spot, but after seeing the view we now wish we’d picked a site on the water! Grab a riverside spot… it’s beautiful!

This pleasant park is very nice and clean. Just wished it offer nature trails. It is very spacious, and has a huge lake with a great dock. Convently located near Little Rock.

Wonderful campground near Little Rock. We always stay here when visiting family. Clean, spacious sites make this one of our favorites anywhere. The only drawback is sites do not have sewer. This makes for a little hassle on an extended stay, but the conveniently located dump stations help alleviate that issue. Highly recommend.
