I’ve stayed at a lot of La Quinta inns this one is one of the best. Clean, quite, and pet friendly. Staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Do not pay attention to the good reviews on TripAdvisor. The reviews on Unilocal are more accurate. Took a chance due to the newness and location of the hotel. It also has a decent rate available through TripAdvisor. After an eight hour road trip, I was spent. We were all spent. The front desk guy was polite and quickly got us our room key. Once inside the room, it looked and felt clean. However, when I went to safety bolt the door, the top lock wouldn’t engage all the way. After a call to the front desk to voice concerns over a broken lock, the guy came up to our room to test the door lock. Sure enough… was not working effectively. He listened to my concerns over not feeling safe with a defective lock and mentioned finding us another room and then left to return to the front desk. As the minutes ticked away, what was left of my patience had vanished. There I was, just standing in place, in a room we were soon leaving. I called the front desk and he said he’d be up shortly. That’s when I loaded up all our stuff and returned to the lobby for our new room key. He apologized and I told him that I was beat and every minute waiting felt like an eternity. No worries. When we entered our new room, I thought it odd that the toilet seat was up in the restroom. Maybe they had just cleaned it? That’s when the strong odor of urine assaulted my nose. I can tolerate some bad smells, but the smell of pee. No. Freaking. Way. The bathroom reeked of urine… like the old gas station bathrooms that used to be outside and around the corner. I grabbed a rag and soap, got down on my hands and knees and wiped the floor down… twice! When the smell still didn’t dissipate, I wiped the toilet itself down with WetOnes. The urine smell improved a little bit but not enough to make it feel less disgusting. After giving up on cleaning, I covered the floor with towels to avoid having to walk on the gross, and disgusting bathroom floor. Sure, I may have been better to call down to the front desk again but I was exhausted. The thought of switching rooms again was agonizing. In addition to the urine smell in the bathroom, the bedding didn’t look or smell fresh and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in ages as there were remnants of the ghosts of guests past left behind: change, hair, hair tie. The employees were super nice and polite. The room was just gross. It was our first and last stay at a La Quinta. I’d much rather pay the extra money for a better and cleaner place to stay up the street.

Stayed here because I saw that this hotel was rather new. Only thing is they built a hotel and forgot to use a few sound proof items like insulation between the walls and better windows! I was in a room that faced away from the highway, but could still here the trucks. I was glad that the guests in the rooms adjacent to my room went to bed early, because we could here their TVs. Then in the dead of night I could hear the guy in the next room, I hope it was a guy, was snoring load and proud. Now, that is sad and shows how cheaply built La Quinta Inns are. Another sad point was their were old coffee grounds in the room’s coffee maker. Off to the their free breakfast. Yikes! You might consider skipping that one. They had something that resembled eggs with cheese, my wife said it tasted like rubber. I made a waffle, when I removed it from the waffle maker, it was coated with burnt specks, because the person in charge didn’t clean the appliance very well(Gross!). Now for the good. The shower head was very nice and bath towel was wonderful. But the bad out weighs the good.
