They lost my daughter’s First Communion dress! We dropped it off on Thursday with a promise date that Friday. When we arrived before COB on Sat to pick it up, they could not locate it. We had an event on Sunday morning. I was then told by the manager that they close at 2pm and there was nothing that they could do. After I demanded that they do something, I had to drive out to their plant to meet the general office manager to look for it. They found it, but then I was told that I should have specified what event I needed the dress for and that I should have arrived earlier for pick up. WHAT?! You are a large company, things happen, but to put the blame on me after I spend 2 hrs. of my Sat. dealing with your mess up is not acceptable!!! I will never go here again.

Hangers does a great job with our dry cleaning. We recommend their pickup service which is free, reliable and seems to get you a discount. Handled issues(missed stain) wonderfully. We have tried other cleaners in the area and can recommend hangers highly.

Horrible experience with alterations. I dropped off 3 pair of pants — 1 for a new zipper and 2 to be hemmed. First, none of the pants were returned when promised. I dropped by several times to get them and finally asked them to call me when the pants were ready. That never happened. When I finally picked up the pants, the pair that needed a new zipper was returned to me with the exact same zipper in them — no work had been done at all. When I got home and tried on the pants that were to be hemmed I discovered that only one pair had been hemmed. They did refund my money for the two pairs of pants they didn’t alter, but they wasted almost 2 weeks of my time when I could have had a better managed shop do the work for me. This was my first experience with this cleaner and it will be my last.

Horrible!!! I dropped off 5 dress shirts for cleaning. I pointed out that they should«pre-spot» the collars. When I picked up the shirts, none of the collars appeared as though they were cleaned at all. Also, the collars were folded crookedly and pressed with a crease that I was not able to remove. Worst of all, 2 of the shirts had areas on the collars that looked as though they were caught on something. One shirt was somewhat fixable, but my favorite shirt was ruined(it was basically a large 1.5 inch rip at the front of the right collar). I took them back the next day and asked for compensation to cover the cost of the shirts. They asked me to resubmit them to be «fixed.» I wasn’t sure how they would do that, but I gave it a shot. Not to my surprise at all, they came back the same way. After about a month of phone calls, speaking to several managers, being blamed for the damage, and getting the run around, I gave up. I decided it wasn’t worth the frustration and finger pointing that they were doing. It was obvious that they were very good at not being held accountable for mistakes. If you value your property, do not use this company!!! What is really funny, is that on every visit I made while trying to resolve this issue, there were people in front of me complaining about lost clothing or damage. I wish more people in Arkansas posted on Unilocal so that this company could be revealed for what it really is.

Over a month ago, we brought in a man’s suit for dry cleaning. The suit pants came back to us completely ripped. There were no tags indicating a rip like they would normally do for even a small stain that they cannot take care of. I immediately brought the pants back the next day and received a run around for about a month. They tried to fix it but to our dissatisfaction. They claimed it was wear and tear and we ripped it. We brought it in under good condition and it came back ripped while under their care. Totally does not value us as a long term customer. Same thing happened to a friend of mine. Her shirt ripped and they claimed she did it. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! Had to give it a star to post but I didn’t want to give it a star at all.
