Wonderful vegetarian food. Mac and cheese to die for. The grilled pimento cheese sandwich is sooooo good and I don’t usually even like pimento cheese. Great soups and a really good cous cous side dish.

After hearing about this food truck for awhile, I made a point to check it out. From my understanding, Green Cuisine is always located in the parking lot on the corner of 6th and Chester in downtown Little Rock. They have a cute green truck, along with a few picnic benches nearby.
I had heard Green Cuisine was known for their black bean and pineapple quesadillas, so I had to try them. It was $ 6 for an average sized quesadilla. They were good, but a little pricey for what you get. I also brought home some blue cheese mac & cheese ($ 4) for the hubby. He really enjoyed it, although it didn’t necessarily taste anything like blue cheese.
